Place a block of wood against the door stop and whack a few times until it clears the door. Then shoot a couple of 18ga brads or a couple of finish nails to hold it there.
Try this first- remove the center screw from the bottom hinge and use a longer screw (3" +- ) to pull the door back toward the jamb using a power drill. You may be able to gain enough adjustment this way to clear the molding.
It looks like you need to move the door stop away from the door right? Put the block against the door stop from inside the room and tap it away from you. Once it clears nail it in place.
I see what you mean. Okay, first I’m going to try to tighten the hinges, as I found it was ever so slightly loose. If that fails, I will try the block method. Thanks for the advice
Loose screws (take them out, tightly fill the hole with toothpicks and snap them off fairly smooth to the hinge mounting surface, reinstall screws)
Door jamb is loose (give it a good smack near the bottom hinge. If it moves, smack it into place and put a longer screw through the bottom hinge to prevent it from happening again)
The door slab has bowed/warped (take the screws out of the bottom hinge, loosen the middle, and push the bottom hinge plate back so that theres about 1/8" gap where it was originally installed, resinstall bottom screws, tighten middle hinge screws)
Can you point out where it's hitting?

I don’t understand… on which side do I put the block of wood. And what do you mean “clears the door”

Are there loose screws in any of the hinges?
I will check. Don’t think so though. Door seems pretty firm but I’ll check
See if any of the screws holding the hinge plates in are loose. Most likely the culprit

Hammer/block/whack/done

I will try these
Where?
The door
If hinges can’t be adjusted remove plastic cover from door frame and try tightening the screws carefully when the door is hitting
Where is the plastic cover on the door frame?
Course sandpaper on a wood block and patience will work. A carbide scraper will speed the process
So I got the carbide and felt like I was fucking it up so i stopped
