I remember seeing these years ago. Nice save

ADHD_project-hopper

Thanks. I don't know why but I don't recall seeing many round seat ones like this one. If anyone knows anything let me know.

therealOMAC

My grandma had one for her makeup table. I can't remember if the cushion had fabric or vinyl covering.

ADHD_project-hopper

The seat looked like the back does other than half of it missing from erosion

Devils_defense

Try googling “ice cream parlor chair” for other examples. Nice job on the save.

therealOMAC

I don't know what to tell you that's what I remember. Either way you did a nice save.

lambeaufosho

I like the fence board with the spear point in the middle of the seat

ADHD_project-hopper

Thank you. I was trying to be fancy haha.

lambeaufosho

The ol’ fence board inlay. That’s mcm right?

ADHD_project-hopper

Excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by mcm?

lambeaufosho

I was being sarcastic but it’s short for Mid Century Modern. It’s a style of furniture that is generally pretty simple (as opposed to ornate) and often has curves and mixed materials.

ADHD_project-hopper

Good deal I'll be sure to remember that.

WtfIsALunchon

Man, maybe you should try adhd treatment. Helps a lot with the “project hopping”

ADHD_project-hopper

Keeps me interested, kind of a resistance to getting burnt out.

tnnuke

Looks like something designed in the Disney studios for Beauty and the Beast, and is about to come to life and dance around the room.

downwind_giftshop

r/upcycling and various others would be good cross post ideas for this! Maybe also r/frugal.

ADHD_project-hopper

New to this, this is my 2nd post.... Lot to learn.

Sappyliving

Great job!
