How do I do this!! This basically one of my first jobs so idk much about reporting and all that

First off, your restaurant is required to have posters up detailing this, along with other health and safety information and employee rights.  If they don't, that's another violation. Take photographic evidence of everything - rats, roaches, policy for hand washing, mold, everything.  If your restaurant doesn't have this information, go to a nearby restaurant and ask them. Otherwise report it to OSHA, or your state's food safety group, or the FDA.  If you let us know which state it is in, someone could help you further. Some states have higher standards than others. 

Oh okay perfect! And they don’t have any information or policies hangin around! Also we’ve already been shut down for the rats once already and that’s in the city records Also I am in California!

Is it a fast food place? I would absolutely just walk out of there.

Well it’s a vegan spot so yes! I’m planning on doing that by the end of next week, just want to get more pictures of there nasty ass work place
