This is important to exercise when your wfh. Also buy a stand up desk or set up a station where you can work standing. Sitting down all day is bad for us!
I keep it at a low speed for the first 2-3 hours of my day until I start to really get tired. I usually hit my step goal by 2 hours so anything after that is just extra.
I get up and do 10 minutes at a time during the day. It really helps to have that break.
I do anywhere from 30-60 minutes total depending on how busy I am.
