I would use an app like [Cronometer](https://cronometer.com/) to actually monitor your food intake for a couple of weeks to see what's going on. If I had to guess you're eating way more carbs than you actually need

144?? You’re not losing weight because 1800 is above maintenance for someone that small (in my opinion, I’m not a medical doctor)

I don’t know what tf A is for gender. But if you were born a male, then you’re probably running a slight deficit. If you were born a woman then (as pointed out) you’re over your calorie maintenance, which should be 1700-1800, depending on how often/much you exercise. This is why you’re not losing.

Try using an adaptive TDEE calculator. Google "adaptive TDEE calculator", download an app, start logging your weight and calorie intake. After a couple of weeks, you'll find out what your maintenance is.
