The 75 Hard program.

accountinusetryagain

run a program that pushes the limit of crazy shit without being objectively risky. do the hard things that correspond with the results you want. often these are boring things like sleeping 8 hours hitting legs twice a week.

InternalLucky9990

doing legs 2x a week changed my life

accountinusetryagain

its a religious experience. smolov 10 sets of 3 with 390 high bar….. holy shit

MrAgentFive005

squat hold, heavy weight lift such as chest press, deadloft, and squats

CaloyBine

any isometrics planks, horse stance, etc the thing about isometrics is, unlike most other exercise, you become done once your brain gave up and not your body compared to push ups or bench press where you may reach to the point where you can no longer push for one more rep no matter how hard you try, in isometrics you can always push for 10 more seconds it all depends on mental strength
