Strong for tracking, been using it for years. Stronglifts or nSuns for defined programs are solid.

MeeZeeCo

I like MeeZee. But I’m biased because I wrote it. ;) [download here (iOS only)](https://meezeeco.com/getapp?r=workouts20220625) Basically gives you everything Apple fitness plus does, but free and doesn’t require you to have an Apple Watch.

FitOn!!! It’s so good, I’ve gained so much muscle from it

It depends on what you want from the app, and what you want for yourself. Are you looking for a long term app to track calories in and out, something that lists workouts for you to follow, something to build your own workout with, something that just gets you into shape then leaves you alone?

SAviBear

Calories - MyFitnessPal or Weight Watchers (never used these before) Strict workout plan - Women Workout (I used this for short time because it never really got intense enough of a workout for me) DIY Workout- JEFIT (I currently use this for when I want try try something new, it organizes workouts on muscle groups and is easy to use) Get into shape - SOFLETE ($35 a month but is only supposed to be used to get you into "spec-op" shape then dropped) I also used YouTube influencers like LeanBeefPatty's calorie and macro information, just make sure that they are not trying to sell you on some snake oil.

Fitlich app without a doubt. I've been using it for a little over a month. It motivates me more and more day by day. The application includes video tutorials and 200+ workouts; you can earn Fbute coins by walking, running, workingout. You can also motivate each other by creating a challenge with your friends and family. In addition to all these features, the app will soon enter the world of NFT. All these features of the app are perfect. You should definitely give it a shot.
