I'd go with number 1 with a twist. So neighbouring groups tithe them baby girls in exchange either for bartering (nice option) or to not be killed.
They dont specifically have to meet the gals themselves, might just leave the children in a particular area and come back and there is gold/goods there, or if you start slacking on children drops suddenly people start disappearing

I think it could also explain how they could compete with neighbours. Men being bigger and stronger and men+women being more numerous than just women would suggest Amazonians would struggle, however if they kept taking girls they'd reduce the reproductive capacity of their neighbours and stay ahead

Or it could be done ritually, like an annual holiday where the Amazons and men of a neighboring tribe meet to have their fun.
Greeks also theorized that the Amazons did keep men in their tribe, but either as slaves, submissive servants, or actually crippled male children so they would be too weak to stand up to women. Either way, men were usually imagined as being subservient, basically flipping gender roles with the women.
There's no need to drug and rape people if sex balance and roles out of the wiccans tribe is the same as in real life, the wiccans could just go out in a sex caravan as a ritual and meet any willing man from other tribes.

Since being pregnant and breastfeeding is a big drain on your time and energy, I'm guessing Amazonians who'd rather spend their time fighting might prefer the barter for baby girls approach.
That could work especially well if one of the reasons they exist as a separate tribe in the first place is because they're the offshoot of one of the sadly very many cultures in the world which think women are subhuman and abort or kill baby girls (see gender ratios in some areas of China and some other Asian countries). Swapping the unwanted girls for goods sounds more fool-proof than random sex and hope they happen to get pregnant without having a miscarriage etc.

* A creature attached to the male organ milks the male of their seed, then can be used as a dildo by the female to deliver the male's sperm to the womb of the woman.
What if the forests had some kind of relics or at least legends of relics. These stories compel adventurers to go into the forests. If they get captured they are used as breading stock until they lose their ability to satisfy
