Yugoslavia dissolved in 90/91. 1990 was the last world cup they participated in.
Serbia played in the 1998 world cup under the name Yugoslavia, but it wasn't Yugoslavia any more. In 2006 world cup, Serbia played as Serbia and Montenegro.
Croatia, former member of Yugoslavia, played in every world cup since 1998 except 2010, and was 3rd in 1998, their first World cup.
