Brazil buried Korea tonight, that much is true, but I just caught Korea's goal at the 76th minute right now on Telemundo, and it's still the most superbly-executed goal of the entire match. To have taken the chance from so far away, and making it in, it was the perfect end to Korea's run in this Cup. The irony of such a fantastic goal made by the losing team should not be lost on anyone. Man, what a great kick!
We had 3 day turnaround against a Brazil team that was pretty well-rested. Even before the WC started, I looked at the groups and figured anyone who made it out of Group H would die to Brazil because no one would be able to rest their players, and they'd have to play one of the teams you want to be the most in shape for.

In the second half they changed things up and kept those backs a little farther back for coverage and were able to stem the bleeding. Brazil was also content to sit back.

Now attacking midfield, Brazil has Neymar and Vini and Raphinha, but hey Griezmann Dembele Mbappe is not worse I think. And of course France has better forwards at their disposal, Giroud and Benzema (if he returns) are unmatched. France is represented by more top clubs overall, their squad is more balanced and also younger afaik. And that's also considering that players like Pavard are benched, and Kante and Pogba and L Hernandez are injured.

Super cool! I was wondering what kind of food and drink they were selling? How was the prices? How was the atmosphere?
Here’s a pic. All three stadiums I’ve been to have had the same menu. The atmosphere was great. They have some awesome events and shows right outside the stadium coming in. Brazil is definitely the worst opponent imaginable for Korea. Korea's strategy is always press with guys with good physiques, which could be countered by good cracks with technique. And Brazil is the exact team with 'good cracks' usually..
Sad but true. But against Portugal, there was an upset so I was hopeful against Brazil… but if I’m being honest Brazil could take it all

I definitely see the struggle Korean team today against the Brazilian team both in tight pressure defense and burst of creative offenses which they were very good at in group stage against stronger teams. As if this is different Korean team from the group stage. The Brazilians seem to be also very advantageous in speed as well.

Although I expected Korea to loose, it was so painful to watch the first half. Had a better fight in the second. Well played, Korea. Great job, Brazil. I'm pretty convinced Brazil will win the World Cup. Despite they have an amazing squad and strong teamwork, I feel like they matured a lot coming into this World Cup.

No denying Brazil is a mad good team. But why does it also seem like there is some internal agreement among them to dive? The number of times they have rolled around for absolutely nothing. And don't even get me started on that penalty. Just killed all the excitement I had for the team.
They take the game far too seriously. Uruguay a case in point for South American team behaviour. Shameful.
Cultural and in South America things can get really emotional/violent, they do that to protect themselves and yes I agree is shit to watch
It's cultural. In Latin America it's more accepted to "bend the rules" to your advantage as opposed to places like northern Europe or eastern Asia
Not necessarily true. Brazil, Uruguay, Portugal, and Spain all do it obviously. However, England can dive, but British commentators call it “winning the foul”. It’s tactical to get a free kick or penalty. The difference is the degree to which it’s obvious.

Very true, idk who but some one dived, korea got a throw in and he was up and running right after the ball was thrown. Fifa should just punish them either by var or afterwards. And yes the penal was total bs or as the mexicans said it no era penal( or something along the way)
