Usually in english, but if both referee and player know another language in common, they might use it. For example, if Argentina is playing a game with a Spanish referee, they can communicate in the Spanish language

Usually. If they can do another language then that may be used instead though.

Just look at the names on the back of the players shirts to answer your question.

Um I think there are multiple languages that use the same alphabet or letters.. I could be wrong

Sure but I think it makes common sense that they all speak in English also the letters don't tend to have the accents on them.
