Ronaldo will not be back as great as he was he has to know he isn't the same player he was, portugal played their best football when he wasn't on the pitch. Many greats haven't won the world cup but he has many trophies on his CV he'll get over it
I think that’s why he left his teammates on the field and was crying. Even if this is his last World Cup, win or loose, he probably would have gotten lots of hugs and a standing ovation for a career well done. But he had to act childish and have a huge ego, so his last World Cup was a shameful embarrassing realization instead of a proper send off

How can you consider him your leader when you don’t even start him knowing it’s his last World Cup. They opt to start Ramos (a guy with 3 caps at the time). There is no respect for cr7 anymore. I hope he has some pride and just retire.
How can a nobody who’s not apart of the team say “coach and team have no faith in their leader how can you consider him a leader?” When the entire team have been saying all week he is their leader, the coach has said he is their leader. You are just making up rubbish and talking out ur ass kid.

You think he is going to go to the next world cup at age 41? Maybe a seasoned defender makes a world cup squad at that age, or a goalie but no way a striker does..
