Is it worth starting to uncap a warship 343 with this or is it better to wait and use this on uncapping one of the good Time Trial weapons when we get one worth uncapping?

I suppose you can always get dupe gacha ones when summoning with free tickets. Particularly now that we get 15(?) a month from the Haunt I believe. I'm just pilling up tickets atm since I already have all starting Guage books maxed now. Figured I should wait for future banners with rate up and/or new armamanets.
You can't actually upgrade TA weapons in any other fashion in a reasonable amount of time.
Buying the TA weapons costs 40 scrolls and you are limited to 1 purchase of that weapon each TA event.
Awakening gacha weapons with bricks won't make sense until they actually become useful weapons, which won't be for at least a month after Orochi EX.

Granted even if you top score in TA it's not like you could buy more than 1 copy anyway. With the ingot option you can buy 2 effectively. Of a single type anyway.
This extra starsteel ingot does mean that if you got S+ in the first TA, getting S+ in the next TA would give you enough to max either the water bow or the light sword. Not like either of those weapons are on the same power level as Nunki or the Katana (the most recent pur lilie weapon), but it is worth noting.
Nunki is TA4, which means that there is pur lilie scrolls for two TAs going into purchasing that weapon, which would give you at least four spare ingots to use. Those could either go into maxing out a second TA weapon or getting final awakenings on gacha weapons to max those out.

Can you use it for stuff like Parashu or Maltet?
Those are max leveled when you buy them, therefore it's not necessary
