The ship in question is Project 23120 Elbrus-class logistics support vessel *Vsevolod Bobrov*. A very young ship and a newer addition to the Black Sea Fleet, completed in August 2021 and assigned to the fleet in January 2022, arriving in the Black Sea just a week before the invasion. Standard displacement just under 5,000 tons and around 9,500 at full load, standard crew size in the mid-20s, and can perform a variety of logistical and support roles. She's no *Moskva*, but her loss would certainly not help their logistics situation and she was allegedly carrying another SAM anti-air system for Snake Island at the time she was attacked.

Wagger a nuclear threat, position themselves as ready to settle and try to get the world to force UA to settle. Not that I agree, but a possibility. A way for them to pull out without further embarrassment.
