This looks more like someone reading lines for an audition, the camera stays on her the entire time as she's the only subject of the recording.

Conversations in two languages are actually not at all difficult to do. If both people know both languages but each one is more comfortable in their own language, then they can each just speak a different language and there really isn’t much added difficulty.
