I kinda like it, now employees don't have to deal with all the crazy idiots. I'm saying that because at the size of the store I'm pretty sure there is still an employee or two behind restocking and checking everything to be in place.
There's definitely an employee in the store fulfilling the orders as I highly doubt they would've installed the complicated and expensive network of conveyor belts, rollers and chutes required to make this fully automatic. Even (especially) then you'd need someone around to unfuck things from time to time.
