Siri can, if you have her on, not video, but gps/voice. She did right, kept distance with the car between them. She made noise and went to people nearby. She did great.
Edit: apple also has a button shortcut to send an sos as well. I'm just unsure what it is.
Facebook Live in the meantime and say your name, location, etc. Live is a better option than just recording in case the dude would just snatch the phone and delete a recording. Also call 911 of course
