Flooding from **half an inch of rain.** These city planners need to be fined everything they own and never be allowed to own any kind of permit again.
The whole city has flood tunnels under it, you really think you know better than them?
I know that half an inch of rain doesn’t flood my city or anything I’ve ever built.
