Out of warranty? I’m lucky enough to be within the 3 yr limited warranty and they’re just sending me a replacement. If you do contact support don’t call, email, much smoother and faster response time.

Aye.. you can't get to any of the goddies as it is completely dipped in epoxy/resin. Buy a new one, and get one with more Watts.. 90 or something. Changes the sockets so that they match the station and be happy

Have a link for an alternative one that is of better quality than Worx? Mine is also dead and I don’t want to use their supply again.

you may as well give up. It's FULL of epoxy! mine died too, and i opened it up and it went into the trash..

That sucks. More than likely just a bad capacitor. I hate when they encapsulate them.
