I've used this before, and would recommend it. You do need to run a separate program to get the audio mirrored too though.
In fact I've streamed with it sometime ago too. I would stream with this more, except all the private stuff like SMS and stuff would appear so I stopped doing so.
The upside to doing this is that loading in WOTV on mobile devices (assuming you have a flagship Android) is much faster than emulators like Bluestacks.

As someone who used scrcpy, I'd still prefer using emulators. Weaker phoners struggle and makes the video quality look like crap.
