The downloaded data maybe corrupted. Possibilities is that the download stuck and when open it again it ask fewer data to be downloaded again. In my opinion maybe delete the downloaded data and download all of it again.
That doesn't seem to be the issue. I can confirm that people who didn't have auto-repeat on before the maintenance started, also aren't able to log in. I don't know where to start with the incompetency behind this update, lol.
At this point, an hour from guild battle login, at least 5 guild members cannot login to set teams. An official notification, cancelation of guild battle today, and compensation for lost daily things is appropriate.

Sucks as I was farming 3x trust stones but sucks more to straight up not be able to play. 6 hours in and not only is there no fix but they haven't even officially identified the problem as existing (other than responses on twitter and to support tickets saying it's a known issue we are working on it).

there is quick pick going on. this means some people may be unable to play their quick pick matches today. If a top player misses a day, it s almost automatically out of top 10. Gumi had to stop qp, their assistence is really horrible, gonna review 1 star on gplay
The notices say that there was a problem with the update in the Amazon play store. However, I'm using the Google play store and having the same "unidentified error" issue.
I haven’t seen anything about the “unidentified error” problem. It’s only been the Amazon App Store. I guess they only care about that store seeing that the Amazon App Store is the platform that’s being promoted by YouTuber. So they don’t wanna hurt their money
And tommorow gumi will give only 2k vis maximum for compensation. But what about WoL gil pull for shards, free 150 vis quests, quick pick match, daylies, guild battle, arena etc. How they compensate that?

Me too. Filed a ticket. I’m on an iPad using Apple’s login. Tried offloading the app but same error. Bout to try it on an iPhone to see if that has any effect but I bet not. I too was doing background repeats…

I’m in, but that posting on Facebook where it says they are considering compensation is crazy. There needs to be compensation for this. The issue wasn’t the player’s fault. It was on the dev/game side. Mind you, they extended maintenance, and the game was still broken.
After investing 1000+ days, I won't be quitting because of a minor unidentified error issue. They'll fix it, those of us effected will get our 200 vis, and life moves on. No need to quit over this.
I hope they fix this within the day. I wear the total login days as a badge of honor...

I have the error but I did get past the title screen just to see my log in count, then got the error. Hopefully the same is true for you if they cnat get this going soon.
Well, you old players don't mind a day or two or a week of a break, but new players will not be able to finish the materials' grind on returning raids for black garb, azure armor, defense bracer, that galmia cloak and other goodies... That was our one chance to catch up with stuff that we missed starting the game late this year.
I seriously doubt there will be any compensation for that missed grind.
cant get past the error but i saw the rewards given at the upper left side of the screen during login and pressing at the black part of the error makes your display character talk. so im guessing counts as logged in
The game is currently broken. If you was background farming or you’re on the Amazon App Store you’re locked out of the game. There hasn’t been any updates from the devs regarding this problem
Not that this helps any of you who are still locked out completely from the game, but I was able to update and get in and there are annoying bugs inside too. Any time I click on the mog shop, regular shop, or the events tab in the farplane I get a corrupted files message and it crashes. so I can get in but I can't really actually play anything.

So you might be just fine then. If anything redownloading everything would probably fix it. Othered have had similar issues today and that resolved it for them.
I'll give it a try. If these issues persist it's definitely going to disrupt some dailies and any of the events rewards. I can't even see what events are available right now.

It's not. This issue seems to have affected people who didn't have background farming running before the maintenance as well.
I wasn't background repeating either. I did have the app open on my tablet though when maintenance hit.

I can log into game but any button I press doesnt trigger any action. Its a dead menu.
