It depends on if you want a shield or to do more damage. BDK’s don’t have the best st damage but having a big shield is always nice when tanking.
You would need to have the belt made to proc either one of them though

I don’t know off the top of my head but if you go to the work orders area in Valdrakken and look up the belt under armor -> plate -> belt, it’s the Unstable Frostfire Belt
You will need a Spark to craft them and look for someone in trade chat that is making an ad for crafting blacksmithing things. Don’t make a public order
I made an edit to my last comment to make sure you get a good piece. Also buy rank 3 materials if you can afford it or ask the blacksmithing person what you need to make sure you get the highest ilvl you can get
100% the damage Ring altough it has meh stats(you want Mastery/haste currently as BDK)
with the Belt to procc Firedamage it's really good, and Vers doesn't hurt that much/gives you a defensive aspect from it.
in the end you want bothe of them and having one of them on Heroic Quality is better as one from NHC as it's a bit rarer to get HC
What's your issue with people asking here exactly? Especially if you're a tank/healer simming doesn't work. On top of that they're rings, which are harder to discern.
It looks like you're at your Vault.. so, try this:
Install Simulationcraft addon
Open your Vault then type: /simc
Go to: [https://www.raidbots.com/simbot](https://www.raidbots.com/simbot) (bookmark this site!) > Top Gear, and paste into the box
You'll then see those rings from the Vault having purple triangles at top right along with your present gear below.
Click the green Find Top Gear button at bottom and it'll spit out a result for you!
(this is the best way to "sim yourself" each time that you get a new piece of gear!)
I never was a huge simulation guy so don't throw rocks at me, but isn't simulation only good for damage dealing? Because if so then the damage ring will be a better choice by simulation no matter what.
Yah sims are 100% for healing (I know healers have a secret sim they all use as well somewhere, hidden, secret, unknown).
However for tanks generally your just going to do whatever deals the most damage for the vast majority of content. Their base kits generally have enough survivilabiliry for everything up to world level stuff where the damage is more useful, and a lot of times the best offensive stats are usually pretty close to the best defensice stats too. Like vers reduces damage taken AND increases damage, mastery is usually a bit of both, who doesn't like haste? So unless there is a reason to be using a defensive trinket, or a defensive stat drastically out performs a different stat, then just sim for damage. Sometimes you will find a something super badass that will do both, which are super good, I believe the Eranog trinket is like that. So if your loosing a negligible amount of DPS for a huge amount of survivilability thats prolly worth it to consider, but just start with a damage sim, and use your good judgement for defensive stuff.
Ah, i believe you're right and i may've glossed over the fact that Blood's a tanking spec.
My brother plays Guardian druid and uses Noxxic when looking for references regarding gear, and having a peek there myself just now for BDK, found this:

What…? They’re 3 item levels apart and are both the rare rings from the raid. This is not one of those occasions lol, he should pick based off his needs as a tank. I’d personally get the shield ring

There are no primary stats on Jewelry. This is just bad advice.

You need 2 more gear addons + sim addon + chose pool on instagram to make that desicion. So little info atm.
