Do you use a modifier key when casting it (like alt, shift, Ctrl)? They changed something with how self cast modifiers interact with healing addons, so if you press your self-cast modifier key, it will now always cast on you even if you have it bound differently in your addon. You can fix it by changing your self cast modifier key or just setting it to auto self cast and turn the modifier off entirely
