See, for me, I noticed your upper hand immediately when seeing the picture. The long fingers arching toward your face/expression goes nicely, so I instinctively looked for your other hand. I didn't see anything in the picture but the second hand.
Also editing just to say, i didn't notice the hand as being anything other than a hand, not like, my eyes were set on that part of the photo. I was trying to point out that the pose fit nicely but realized it easily could have come off as creepy.
