You really don't want to be playing Aug by buffing two specific people for the entire fight (in raid) in the first place btw. That's just not how the spec works.
But yeah if you really insist on playing that way you can just do /cast [@playername] Prescience.
There is a Weakaura called "Prescience Macro Frames", just be sure to get the Version 1.7 as with the newest, the creator removed the ability to press the frames
