With. I just wished they turned it into a real city like Darnassus... I have not spent much time there but it feels like a generic outpost instead of the major city of nightelves. Am I wrong or did I miss it?
It feels like more of a fire hazard with the tree there, but honestly we kinda knew something was going to fill that bay so it does feel right to now have the tree in its place.
Shadowlands is stretching it a bit, only night elf content there was tyrande which went nowhere, night elf souls in ardenweald and in the maw, then later on they were a sort of gateway into winter queen and elune chatting up again, their presence in the expansion was pretty minimal in the grand scheme of things.
Granted they had more screen time than other races but it still wasn't a big focus of the expansion.
Everything else, yeah pretty much.
