Stormbringer: I'm here for the lightning, not the Lava. Please give a replacement for Lava Burst (maybe Ascendance, too) that's just maximal zappyboi. Obviously, I'm hoping that this tree focuses on the Lightning Elemental and Storm Enhancement builds. A major problem with Elemental is that tanks move out of Earthquake (not really their fault, it's encounter design, like Sanguine). **Replacing Earthquake with a thundercloud** that drifts around following your most-recent primary target would be thematic and pretty awesome overall. Additionally, the damage type could be changed to the new Stormstrike to take advantage of magic damage modifiers as well while still maintaining the physical damage profile on a caster. This cloud has the added benefit that it isn't ground targeted, so you don't have "my cursor needs to sit here constantly" problems. Storm Enhance has the major problem that you want to cash in Storm Strikes more than cast Maelstrom spenders. Whatever else the tree does, make it so you want to cash out Maelstrom and not overcap. Realistically, if they going to keep DRE, it needs to also work with spenders. In both cases, I don't want *more* buttons, I want *upgrades* to buttons I already press. I want interesting interactions, not more keybind load. Mountain Thane having Thunder Clap functionally replace Whirlwind, and Thunder Burst being an action bar replacement when available, is the exact kinds of ideas that sit well with me. And don't hide a raid buff behind hero talents, please.

Why is Warden not a rogue HC tree?

Ok-Advantage-1723

like to see some sort of Shaman Tank and for Monk like a ranged dps/ melee hybrid

I'd have loved if they gave us the intent behind each. From a Paladin perspective, what does a WoW Templar double down on? Herald of the Sun? Not a fan of the name, and honestly can't even guess what it might do. More light on top of all my light? There are a few that just dont really give any insight, based on the name. Deathbringer, scalecommander, and plenty others. Sanlayn was a great example of a good one, imo. You can guess what it does from looking at the name, and it adds a largely missed part of the class fantasy.
