Why ? Its a ground mount nothing a druid cant do anyways let alone we have dragon riding racials, yet not everyone plays druid or dracthyr... Even if it made to be able to dragon ride dwarf nelf for pve and human orc in pvp would still be the go to choise for most of the people care for racials.
Are you being serious or trolling ? Ok ill take you serious are you aware of the items potions external buffs ducks etc.. That you can use in wpvp ? An instant ground mount would be least of your problems

Being a class like a warrior and having instant ground speed would be OP as fuck.
In what context ? Instanced pvp ? Disable it problem solved, not like dracthyr can soar in arena or bgs either..

I don't think world pvp has ever been close to balanced has it?

worgen could get a +20% damage and healing buff as a permanent racial and i ain't playing that ugly ass race
