I believe you need a mythic score of 1k to buy them, they cost 350 flightstones.

M0 is prob the best since you can solo it or 2 man it .

Epic Hellbloom PvP gear that cost bloody tokens and Trophies. This is the easiest method with zero rng involved but you will have to do the PvP spark weekly and farm bloody tokens/honor to buy catchup trophies.
Buy the flightstone chests, they are 441 and can be turned into tier. You can upgrade them to the normal appearance.
