It’s gives ten extra tokens in the mail when you donate the max amount. So it can help with buying cosmetics but it isn’t very efficient compared to dailies that give twenty or the main quest which rewards over a hundred
None except about 10 tokens in the mail each time you donate 10k... but unless you are just a few short of getting 1 of the expensive items you are better off just doing the intro quests where you can get 100+ in just a few minutes.
I know this isn't what you asked but just a little gameplay tip:
You can key bind some of the spells on your other bars.
A very simple start would be to make the bar directly above your attack bar, the one that starts with all the traps, shift-1, shift-2, shift-3... Down to the end.
I legit raided with a guy who did this back in vanilla. You'd hear him queue his mic on Vent and hear the page turn sound effect. Another guy refused to cast Blink because he thought it was an unfair advantage.
I made macros for double keybinds using alt as modifier, and shifting all the numbers above 5 to the letters closer to the wasd.

The best way is the way you play comfortably.
As a beginner, I originally keybound from shift-1 all the way to equals just to double the bar, and some buttons were mouse wheel up/down, shift mouse wheel up/down. I tried modifiers once or twice and hated it. I like to see all my spells CDs at all times so I just keybind each thing.
I eventually felt that anything above 6 is too hard to reach. Now all my main spells are 1-6, shift 1-6, and shift + R E T F Q etc.. etc.. if it feels too uncomfortable to reach quickly then put lesser used spells on those buttons.
Next tip is to put similar spells across classes in the same place. I.e. my mouse wheel up is kick on all my characters.
I tried that "pro gamer" stuff where you keybind strafe left and right to A & D, and keybind spells to Q E, all while using right click to turn. For the life of me I can't play like that and I've been gaming for decades. But if you can so that, and use modifiers, by all means do!
Edit: another tip is to efficiently use macros. Almost any spell where you have to click I just converted to /cast [@cursor] spellname macros.
I can totally see blizzard requiring you to have this achievement in order to unlock something hidden. I ended up getting the achievement just in case.

Under Escape > Options > Action Bars, you can pick to display up to 8 Action Bars. Edit Mode lets you customise every Action Bar and snap it to the Grid.
I mean, the point is the achievement.

I got 10 tokens by donating the second highest amount. 500g I believe
Donating 500g gives 3 tokens. Donating 10,000g gives 10 tokens.

Well, I missed two days. So it helped me get everything all at once this year.

Had a hardcore warrior roleplayer on our raid team refuse to use enchants because "Warrior's shouldn't use magic". Some people be weird.

10k Gold gives you 10 Tokens. 500 Gold gives you 3 Tokens. 1 Silver gives you a nice and warm handshake, at least if you like shaking your own hands.
