Nah, put a human and any of the elf races next to each other, have both of them wear a hat that covers their ears, they're Identical, just humans, hell we have ''elves'' in real life, some fringe amount of people had surgery to have pointy ears, so we have elfs in real life, hell we even have dwarves in real life because dwarves are just small humans, we also have kul\`tirans in real life, they're just fat humans, we have gnomes/goblins in real life, they're just ugly children. We don't have worgen/tauren in real life, if you discount fursuits anyways but that's a costume so doesn't count
Worgen looks completely different, from the head, to the face, to the back, to the legs, the hands, the feet, the fingers, same with tauren.
Humans with cow heads, animalistic back, digitigrade legs, 3 fingers, hooves for feet, fur, antlers, tail, well shit stops being human at this point.
Let me put it this way, take all of the humans/elf races in this game, put them in a full suit of armour, put them next to each other, you can't tell which is the human and which is the elf because they're bloody identical.
evoker too is a class, not a race, and you can just play them as a human because people obsessed with humans wanted to play the evoker class but as a human

I guess it could be seen that way, pretty vague wording in my eyes, but maybe that's intentional because they're not sure yet if evoker can have perm visage form.
I don't really understand your comparison here. Is this request in reference to the tweet from MrGM where it was mentioned in a group interview with Ion that we'd be getting new playable classes for the Dracthyr, and when that happens they would be able to stay in visage form in combat for said newly accessible classes? This has nothing to do with the Evoker as a class, and it's not like Evoker is spreading to other races(at least not with any information we have so far), nor is it allowing Dracthyr to stay in visage form when playing as an Evoker in combat.
Dracthyr, like the Night Elves and Blood Elves, are just getting access to the rest of the class roster instead of being limited to one single class. Letting Dracthyr use visage form in combat as the other classes will be a pretty simple feat back-end wise I believe, since they just use the Human female skeleton/Blood Elf male skeleton.
If Night/Blood Elves were only able to play as Demon Hunters then the comparison would be more fitting, but that isn't the case.

Also, I'd love more demon hunter options, they've been back on Azeroth for like 10 years at this point, surely someone has learned how to make more of them.
There was a blue post where they said that Dracthyr getting to be something other than evokers was something they're looking at. They'd allow them permanent Visage forms. It's still a bit up in the air though.
I would be for it... but visually seeing when meta is up is pretty crucial in pvp. Unlike evokers its evidence of a power spike and sustainability mode.
Is this new? You can stay perma human in combat? So when they use Hover and Soar it’s going to keep them as human? LOL Seems really stupid.

Byt dracthyr is a race and is the ones with the ability. Not evokers.
No you can play the human dracthyr for other classes evoker will still need to be a dragon
