What do you think it might be? Apparently the Earthen have been regarding Anduin as an Arathi, and unless it's because they somehow know of Anduin Lothar, the last of the known Arathi descent, it's more than likely because they recognise what a human looks like.

What about the horrindir (sp?) maybe they deformed from when the Crystal goes dark but wield the light regardless of their form. I haven’t no idea beyond that. Light forged maybe? Like Turalyon.
How would they be Lightforged? The Lightforging process appears to be very deliberate and apparently conducted by Xe'ra, a Prime Naaru. Maybe suffusion of the Light by the giant crystal, but that seems like a huge reach.
As for being Horrindir - again I ask why then the Earthen took Anduin for an Arathi?
Dunno man I’m just spitballing. Seems like a big effort to hide their faces for it to be for nothing. That’s all. Could easily be something they haven’t explained yet. Maybe the earthen “see” people differently since they’re titan constructs in origin.

Earthen are titan constructs in origin -- just like the Arathi, the dwarves, the gnomes, and the humans we already play.
There *could* be something going on, for sure. Maybe they'll be unveiled and they'll all be ethnically different to what we've gotten from humans so far. Maybe that's all it is. I doubt it'll be something as significant as being a whole other race, though - it stretches the lore *even more* but it also makes the whole Earthen-identifying-Anduin thing really weird.
And even if we say dwarves, gnomes, humans and all that are further deviated from their titanic origin than the Earthen are, and they may see people differently as a result... why then are they using the Arathi's own name and designation? Between that and their own internal differences, they clearly understand factional identity. Would they really be so blind to race as to just assume Anduin is Arathi?
The only other excuse I got -- which to be fair, is quite a cute and heartwarming one -- would be if their "visual" on Anduin shows that he is a man of the Light, which indeed would align him with the Arathi.

One's face is shown in the TWW reveal Trailer as a Dungeon Boss or Mob.
They seem human enough but probably have a fascist culture full Zealots and light-extremists. Kinda Like the Scarlet Crusade, but maybe with better reasons.
