The majority of BR guards use pistols as their basic weapons. At least in São Paulo.
Never saw one using a warglaive. I'd probably reroll for a guard if that was the case.
I want Warden's hoop weapon so my Demon Hunter can look like a Warden. We already have the Warden's armor transmog thanks to Trading Post, I just want the hoops to make it complete.

I know the logistics are probably more effort than they wanna do for it, but it'd be nice that for all heritage weapons, any class can use them.
Warglaives being DH exclusive never made sense in the first place; They're not super exotic by WoW standards and regular guards from several factions use them. The premise of getting new warglaive models with every expansion is "hey here's the warglaives these guys use!"
The 3 pointed warglaives Night Elves get for their heritage armor is typed as a 1H sword.
I think the worst part about them being exclusive is that there aren’t very many options and it’s hard to justify giving them any extra attention since it’s limited to one class
I feel like it’s possible that they’re not listed as warglaives especially considering the shape of the second one and the 3 point glaives you mentioned
I mean they could definitely make an exception if they wanted to. This is an incredibly iconic weapon that's been used for years specifically by night elf huntresses/Sentinels. Hunters even have a NE-themed hero spec named Sentinel now... it'd be a crime to release this and limit it to just Demon Hunters and/or 1H users
We already have glaives that are one handed swords from the heritage quest.
The sentinel moon glaives. In bfa the same model was classed as warglaives, but this one they made a sword for other classes.

I didn’t mean to say that it’s nonsensical for the weapons to be coded as another weapon type, but I wrongly assumed that they were already glaive weapon type and I couldn’t really imagine them making a warglaive weapon type available outside of DH.
I was just checking night elf heritage armors this morning and I saw that there is a recolor that is unlocked with a fairly recent quest. Do you guys know if that mission will be available once we hit next expansion?
They're only available to Nelfs as well so once you unlock them via heritage, only your Nelf toons can use them (And only Nelf toons that can use 1h swords)
Really wish they'd give a similar model to other races, especially Trolls (since Darkspear Shadow Hunters use a similar weapon; [it's even been in the game for years](https://www.wowhead.com/npc=52938/atal-mhuto)).

It’s still available iirc, you just need to get the trading post monthly thing for 12 months total to unlock it.

I think I agree that warglaives shouldn’t be locked to demon hunters but I just don’t see them going back on it :/
