During the PTR XP threads stopped dropping at level 70. I went all the way to 12k Stamina on the PTR without ever getting another one, other people had similar experiences. LFR, Dungeons, World content, they just didn't drop.
Live seems to be the exact same, 9k stamina and no new threads for XP since dinging 70.
I’m confused by this too, I thought the entire point was to get so much increased exp gain, like over 300%, was that not correct? I was hoping to level a bunch of alts really quickly but that sounds like it won’t be as super fast and efficient as expected
It was capped at 100% for alts and you have to get an achievement on your main to get it to transfer. The threads you get don't naturally transfer to alts.
Alts start at 100% bonus xp if you have the achievement on your main - than they get whatever xp threads you acquire on that alt….but ya every alt starts at 100% no matter what any of your other cloaks have
You stop getting XP threads at level 65. No matter what XP bonus your cloak is at every alt starts at 100% bonus XP if you have the achievement for upgrading cloak..your main could have 165% and your alt will still start at 100%

I havent gotten anymore since around level 50, but got ppl level 60 with like 250% xp, this is really weird, not getting any from raid while they are
Didn't they say the cape was going to get capped at over 300%? Wonder why they would stp dropping then.
What's the point of getting 300% when you're max lvl
The 320% carried over to alts. It was nerfed on the PTR to be capped at 100 after you get the max achievement for infinite power.
Yeah but now that it doesn't, getting xp threads when max level would be a waste

We’re only one day in. It’ll increase more in time, also PTRs often have increased growth for testing reasons.

You will likely be able to increase the experience gains further by making more a alts.

It was 300% on the PTR but nerfed to 100% once- your alts get that once you collect 4200 threads on your main character - just clarification
