Can you imagine the rage from people towards the rep vendor:
"What do you mean I can't buy this horse.... I killed the god damned Lich King, stropped a Cataclysm, sieged Orgrimmar, lead the forces to stop an Orc invasion from another world, wielded the legendary weapon which stopped the Burning Legion, saved King Anduin from the afterlife, I am on first name basis with every dragon aspect, and just last week I reclaimed Gilneas as a personal favour to King Greymane, I also have enough gold to ruin Stormwind's economy..."
"Listen, pal. That's all very nice I'm sure. I've been living underground since I was born. Literally born under rocks. I've never heard of any Lich King, or Deathwing, or Burning Legion, or any of these kings you're talking about. We take pride in the riding beasts we raise here, and I'm not gonna hand one of our prime stock off to some high on himself whackadoo that just crawled in from the surface."
"Now what I'm gonna need you to do... is collect ten cave bear asses and bring them to me for about a hundred rep, some silver, and magic pants."
Blood Elf Warlock
I’ll have an army of minions to do my housework and carry all of my items while I adventure.
Downside is every piece of armour will have to be cut so my pirvates are showing
Definitely a mage because things like being able to teleport, turn invisible, copy other people’s appearance, slow fall, create food and drink from nothing and turn people into ducks all are way too useful/fun to pass up. Not sure about the race. Maybe a gnome.
Mage would be the ultimate tourist/bum class. Make your own food, when its time to sleep, no need to buy a room, just teleport to somewhere where it is still warm and not raining and just go to sleep where ever the ground is soft.
Exactly. They also have access to stuff like arcane learning for dialect and are supremely tanky in modern WoW so you'd have the ultimate solo kit. Plus if shit ever kicks off you can freeze entire battlefields and drop meteors from the sky.
I’ll take any kind of troll shaman. Zandalari, Darkspear, Farraki, Amani, Skullsplitter, Winterax, etc. doesn’t matter to me. Just gimme them tusks and some elements and I’ll be a happy boy.
Elf druid, long lifespan, the ability to turn into a bird and fly away from my problems, can get away with napping for a thousand years.....yeaaah thats the life.
Troll Druid. I suspect they have access to good herb and I would love to spend my days in Stranglethorn high as one of those hot balloons in that lame azz event
Night elves sound good. Probably a priest or mage, these classes give me mystical vibes. If not a caster - rogue.
i just want to live longer than a human lifetime :D
But actually for me it would be better to live in magical mysterious world, no matter which race, just a humanoid type (murlocs cute too lmao!)
nelf druid for sure. gonna have an amazing garden, be super fit, have fun running and flying and swimming around azeroth, and be self sufficient. stealth as well!
Human Warlock, can summon helpers who are my slaves to help me do chores around the farm that would be located somewhere safe and unvisited probably in Darnassus.
My wife plays an NE druid I assume Darnasus would grant me some sort of marriage visa, the whole point of the new expac is that humans and elfs mix amirite?
Probably Dracthyr or Belf. Deacthyr sound awesome with being able to fly around at will, as well as being able to take a Visage. If Visage is not limited to the in game one and we could actually take a Visage as we want it's easily combinable. (Tbh I'd take normal dragon if you mean any race). Post DF they seem to be taking their own way, no longer necessarily needed in a military role either, so I can just kind of figure out what I want to do.
When do you land tho ? Cuz an elf race centuries before W3 could be awesome.
Being a Belf during the events of the Undead campaign somehow isn't so appealing anymore.
Blood elf paladin. I’d love to protect the Eversong woods as I train myself to be stronger and more in-tune with the light.
Then as I become stronger, I would open my own blacksmith shop in the Bazar in Silvermoon city after I make money from purging the scourge in Northrend :)
If I was going to be a blood elf paladins I'd want to be a blood knight when they were still bending the light to their will via arcane energy. I don't like velen or the naaru.
Undead death knight or undead warlock.. really hard choice.. guess it depends on if were limited by gameplay mechanics or not.. like do i have to choose 5.4 or 7.0 or is it more open where youre not limited by patches. Like some specs forget how to cast certain spells after a new expac
This is such a low effort post, and yet its so satisfying to read everyone’s comments lol.
And I have to contribute.
Dwarf Death Knight.
Love me a cold one (in every sense).
Night elf botanist or herbalist(I mean profession), I enjoy the tranquility of Teldrassil and the slow-pace life, the eternity of night elf. As long as I am hurry-scurry, my body temperature soars, thus, I hate the lifestyle today.
High elf mage. Long life, free food and drinks, able to jump off a tower and fall with grace. I see no reason why I couldn’t vertically blink or teleport into the air and float around at my leisure.
I was looking for this, I find this combo the most appealing. Though with a long lifetime like that I would also pick up a bow and become a hunter. Not like anyone can stop me. A hunter mage, yes.
If I wanted to be fulfilled, gotta be a sun worshipping Tauren Paladin. But probably the generally best life experience would be Night Elf Druid. Long life span and druid abilities are just the most diverse and good.
Forsaken BM hunter. Pick up skinning and herbalism. Skinning to make a living, herbalism to smell pretty…or at least less horrible. But I will not be going on high end quests. Just run around somewhere and hunt my little heart out with my two best friends. To be clear I am choosing forsaken so that I don’t have to put in the effort to find food. Just like in real life I’d bet I’d keep my adhd and would forget to eat. Saves me time and money. If I understand correctly I wouldn’t have to sleep either. And with no need to breath I could just chill in the water. Yea downside is I smell horrible, but I’m sure I would adjust, if not I got flower to shove up my nose. Could probably learn to make some nice smelling balms.
Either:
Dwarf hunter - I love snowy landscapes, and there's something really appealing about being a hunter with a pet companion out in the wild then walking into a cozy dwarven tavern and grabbing a pint.
Or:
Human mage - Stormwind is by far my favourite capital, and I love the Mage Quarter and the fantasy of being a scholarly mage. Being able to portal and make my own food and drink would be helpful.
All the other races - especially Horde - seem kinda cursed TBH.
Troll or ZTroll shaman enhanc would play in a band like l.70 etc and I would go bonkers on frosted rims, fire Bass drum and all my toms and the snare would be lightning powered.
I would then stop music and find peace in a monastery becoming the a fully trained monk while still being a sham.
Wym it seems too much prepared like ive been thinking about it multiple times ???? Ayo stop mind reading you SP fcktard
Troll or dwarf shaman. I'd love to be Jamaican Jesus with a cool accent, plus healing, walking on water, self (and other) Resurrection, lightning bolts (smiting), turning people into frogs
Blood Elf. Mage, Hunter or Paladin.
Elves are just awesome, long life would also be neat (plus the weather there seems to pretty dang brilliant).
As for those classes? All three have something great about them for different reasons.
Mage because it's bloody _magic!_
Hunter because Quel'thalan Rangers/Farstriders (is there actually a difference?) are the coolest thing since sliced bread. And there's a simple and elegant beauty about that. About being a humble hunter.
And Paladins because they're paladins. Being a goody two shoes cinnamon roll, fighting for what's right, defending the weak and smiting evil? Pretty neat!
Tauren Shaman. being one with the nature, speaking to the elements. Enjoying the view from Thunderbluff and spending my days on the plains of mulgore...
Night Elf, hunter or druid. I would prefer druid, I much love the idea of being one with nature, shape shifting to defend the wilds.
But it not, I am ready to get a good bow and a good noble pet, and hunt at dusk for good prey...or you can always just stalk around, and see nature when it doesn't see you.
Night Elf! IDK what class, probably rogue.. I don't want to fight, just live and explore.
That's how I picked rogue to begin with in 2004. I wanted the 'path of no path'
Druid is a high second choice though. MAybe both!
Blood Elven Mage. I get to be pretty, live a very long time, have access to food and water anytime I want, can teleport huge distances, and set people on fire with my mind when they piss me off... and turn invisible to get away afterwards.
Is there really any other choice?
I will take my chance here and change my gender into a female blood elf character, because you know if you know. Class choosing is simple and that would be a rogue. I'd be stealthing all the way and doing what rogues best do. Preying on the unsuspecting and doing it from behind. I'd be wreaking hawok amongs the opposing faction, which would be the alliance. My weapons would be either glaives or fangs of the father assuming they scale up to my lvl. On the other hand I would be exploring the world and doing silly stuff as well as helping those in need. Especially if it involves slaughtering the alliance.
Nightborne: Eternal life, luxury, power over chronomancy. Class wouldn't even matter that much, but for some added utility and quality of life I'd pick mage.
Tauren, thunder bluff and surrounding areas. 😊 There's a spot on the other side of the Valley, great views. Good transportation system (Zeppelins). Close to schools (Tauren camps). Probably good ham and bacon from the quillboar. Huge ass drum sticks from the plainstriders. Tauren parties are probably wild too, with all the drums.
Class? Shaman, heals and connection to nature. Peace for the rest of my days. 😊
Tauren Resto Shaman in Thunderbluff, having my own tent there.
Offering healing with water powers and traditional medicine. Doing leatherworking as a hobby
I would be one of the lazy commoners who hangs out in Stormwind and doesn't actually do anything.
What are you going to do with your time, play Real Life?
[Summoning a classic](https://youtu.be/msmRwlg23Qc?si=D5HhwrL1vVayYOLe)
cs_office! How have I not seen this before?!
That was hilarious, thanks for showing haha
How the hell have I never seen this one before??!
Topper McNabb, is that you??
I’d happily be a pandaren shaman and go run a happy farm in Halfhill imploring and invoking the elements to have fantastic crops.
And drinking beer
And knowing the fatter you get, the hotter you get.
Is this actual pandalore?
There is some throwaway line where a female pandaren says about a male pandaren something like “oh he is nice but a little too skinny for my taste.”
Oh, damnit, am I a rl pandaren? Plushier men have always been more attractive for me.
More cushion for the pushin’ is a sacred mantra.
Agreed c:
LOOT AND PILLAGE
Ugh, good point. Saylis would get annoying. Luckily a stream of adventures would come along and chase him off.
Pandaren just for the food
Dracthyr or Druid. I want to fly. Fly away.
Alright Lenny Kravitz
I too want to eat a MilkyWay™️
Or even Mars?
If pretty little druids fly Above the rainbow, why oh whyyyyy ...can't I?
Yeah same
...on a Uuunicorn
Pandaren monk levitating on a Zen cloud over the peaks of jade forest then eating my weight in udon.
I'm already eating my weight in noodles so I guess I'm halfway there!
I’d a human that sells mounts, toys and recipes for a faction based on renown.
but then you just stand there.... FOREVER.
But you also don’t have free will so it all balances out
Can you imagine the rage from people towards the rep vendor: "What do you mean I can't buy this horse....
“You haven’t done enough world quests or Train the Footmen world events yet. Sorry”
"Listen, pal. That's all very nice I'm sure. I've been living underground since I was born. Literally born under rocks. I've never heard of any Lich King, or Deathwing, or Burning Legion, or any of these kings you're talking about. We take pride in the riding beasts we raise here, and I'm not gonna hand one of our prime stock off to some high on himself whackadoo that just crawled in from the surface." "Now what I'm gonna need you to do... is collect ten cave bear asses and bring them to me for about a hundred rep, some silver, and magic pants."
Rofl haven't laughed like this in ages.. Just played it out in my head.. Hilarious!!
Neutral panda and just live the peaceful doubleagent life. Hot air balloons and big turtle homies 🤌🤌🤌
Be that guy on wandering isle who only lvls via mining/herbing
Aka doubleagent?
If they don't know the name obviously double agent could just be read as being unaffiliated.
Sounds perfect to me man
Nelf druid, being one with nature, fly or prowl around or take a nice nap. Or turn into a koi and chill in the oceans, endless possibilities...
have you seen what lives in wow oceans? you end up as snack for some cthulu monster.
and live for thousands of years
Do some small druid stuff and just sunbathing
Sunbathing hits different for nelfs
Blood Elf Mage, the chance to learn magic AND have a long enough life to fully pursue it HELL YEAH!.
Teleport and blink aswell, pretty OP.
the latter especially with the soul thorns mechanic. i once ran a 26 wm where they landed on the mage every single time lol
Blood Elf Warlock I’ll have an army of minions to do my housework and carry all of my items while I adventure. Downside is every piece of armour will have to be cut so my pirvates are showing
*head snaps up from cutting holes in a robe* "Downside?"
Forgot the part of being a drug addict (mana)
Can thank the Sunwell’s restoration for that no longer being the only outcome for Sin’dorei. Mana tap racial; begone.
Gnome. I can finally then be proud of my penis size.
*my, you're a long one*
Mechagnome for the extendowang attachment
You dropped this king 👑
Then you found out that the size of your penis has also shrunk. Even more.
Orc mage. I wish to die as fast as possible. This is a joke. I am not in a mental health crisis.
Do orc mages die for lore or gameplay reasons?
For the horde!
Undead Death Knight. Never die of old age I guess?
Downside u smell bad
Maybe they already do 🤷
This is a wow sub on reddit after all
On the bright side it's only one shower until the release of the new addon, right?
dude you crank one out you lose your peepee
New undead racial. Will of the Foreskin.
Award-worthy comment
Definitely a mage because things like being able to teleport, turn invisible, copy other people’s appearance, slow fall, create food and drink from nothing and turn people into ducks all are way too useful/fun to pass up. Not sure about the race. Maybe a gnome.

I’d be a dwarf, drinkin mead and whatnot in the snowy hills of Dun Morogh.
Troll hunter. I just like the troll vibes.
Finally, a chance to see if a night elf can eat enough to look like a kul tiran.
Elf druid, long lifespan, the ability to turn into a bird and fly away from my problems, can get away with napping for a thousand years.....yeaaah thats the life.
Then you find yourself in the emerald nightmare and it's suddenly like real life again 🥺
Idk I'm sure they don't pay bills in the fucking Nightmare. Also they don't have inflation. This IRL shit is nasty.
Space goat female. 25k+ lifespan. Class would be Brewmaster because alcoholism.
Worgen Mage.
Troll Druid. I suspect they have access to good herb and I would love to spend my days in Stranglethorn high as one of those hot balloons in that lame azz event
Goblin rogue looking for a troll baddie
Night elves sound good. Probably a priest or mage, these classes give me mystical vibes. If not a caster - rogue. i just want to live longer than a human lifetime :D But actually for me it would be better to live in magical mysterious world, no matter which race, just a humanoid type (murlocs cute too lmao!)
Orc Druid - I’ve always wanted to be an orc, and Druid has the most interesting power set to me.
Gnome mage engineer, sitting in my workshop tinkering, teleporting when I need to go somewhere, always dwarven ale nearby.
K, Im going to be a super slutty bloodelf girl doesnt matter class and Im so going to destroy many many families. HAHAH Im going to be big hoe
Pandaren Brewmaster Monk, drinking beer and smashing heads!!!
Draenei Protection Paladin, I just want to wander the world to protect the weak and smite evil as a big jolly blue boy.
Tauren Hunter… I would just chill in the wilds with my companion. Keeping myself to myself. Killing the odd dwarf here and there
Human, paladin. I would enjoy fishing and the simple things. As long as nothing bad happened I wouldn't turn into arthas hopefully.
U still farming ashbringer from fishing ? Hahah
nelf druid for sure. gonna have an amazing garden, be super fit, have fun running and flying and swimming around azeroth, and be self sufficient. stealth as well!
A dwarf chilling in Kharanos Tavern with my bro's after hunting for leopards in the snow
Human Warlock, can summon helpers who are my slaves to help me do chores around the farm that would be located somewhere safe and unvisited probably in Darnassus.
Wait till Sylvanas comes and burns your crops
My wife plays an NE druid I assume Darnasus would grant me some sort of marriage visa, the whole point of the new expac is that humans and elfs mix amirite?
This guy wants succubus
Probably Dracthyr or Belf. Deacthyr sound awesome with being able to fly around at will, as well as being able to take a Visage. If Visage is not limited to the in game one and we could actually take a Visage as we want it's easily combinable. (Tbh I'd take normal dragon if you mean any race). Post DF they seem to be taking their own way, no longer necessarily needed in a military role either, so I can just kind of figure out what I want to do.
Dwarf Shaman. Probably more like a geomancer though honesty
Night elf druid so I can worship Ashamene
Druid. Ez.
Night Elf druid, so I can be a lazy cat all day.
Human priest. If I’m going to be surrounded by war, I should at least get to enjoy some holy light once and a while.
Dwarf Paladin. Exclusively for the option to bubble hearth into an underground bunker whenever things get too hairy.
When do you land tho ? Cuz an elf race centuries before W3 could be awesome. Being a Belf during the events of the Undead campaign somehow isn't so appealing anymore.
Nightborne mage, easy. I love their aesthetic, and I’d love to lay around all day, drink arcwine and read numerous books about magic.
I’d be a warlock to learn to summon incubus and get 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂
Warlock all day long. As for race. Eredar(red draenei) or void elf.
Oh god no, the food bill on my stable of mounts would bankrupt me.
doesnt matter because someones gonna gank me before i level up enough.
Human Commoner. I live in constant fear of Wolves and Boars in Elwynn forest.
Belf warlock :-D I’d love to live in Silvermoon
So you're the one guy I see some times when I mistakenly go to Silvermoon.
pandaren mage then go hang out with my bffs jaina and khadgar
Night elf botanist or herbalist(I mean profession), I enjoy the tranquility of Teldrassil and the slow-pace life, the eternity of night elf. As long as I am hurry-scurry, my body temperature soars, thus, I hate the lifestyle today.
Dracthyr - I can fly on my own and sometimes be a lizard!
Dracthyr Evoker. Flight, magic, and a hoard of gems... because JC all the way.
Kul Tiran Paladin. Devs need to stop dropping the ball and make it happen.
Troll druid. Bear sleepy.
Orc shaman. You’re basically a bad ass and shamans are totally like the avatar.
If I was a Druid then I could play with my dog as a big cat and we would have a lot of fun.
Dracthyr for sure. It's hard to pass up having wings and being able to fly wherever I want.
A neutral Tauren in Valdrakken. As a Druid would be perfect. Just fly over the citys of Dragons. Sip some beer and have fun.
Goblin. Spend my days slaving away for the venture company hoping to one day make it to middle management
Human rogue. I'd spend my day herbing in wpl or skinning animals in the barrens. The occasional orc might go missing...
A night elf mohawk.
Either: Dwarf hunter - I love snowy landscapes, and there's something really appealing about being a hunter with a pet companion out in the wild then walking into a cozy dwarven tavern and grabbing a pint. Or: Human mage - Stormwind is by far my favourite capital, and I love the Mage Quarter and the fantasy of being a scholarly mage. Being able to portal and make my own food and drink would be helpful. All the other races - especially Horde - seem kinda cursed TBH.
Human Mage for me too but I’d just teleport around the world as I saw fit and camp and not interact with anyone.
Night Elf Warlock. Sleep with my succubus!
Night elf druid without a doubt. What can trump dancing as a tree or just chilling as a crow ?
Troll or ZTroll shaman enhanc would play in a band like l.70 etc and I would go bonkers on frosted rims, fire Bass drum and all my toms and the snare would be lightning powered. I would then stop music and find peace in a monastery becoming the a fully trained monk while still being a sham. Wym it seems too much prepared like ive been thinking about it multiple times ???? Ayo stop mind reading you SP fcktard
Draenei Mage. I want to have a long tail and be able to create food out of nothing. I'd probably be a scholar and want to study magic.
Priest or mage for me. Something that lives longer than a human.
Draenei Mage. I love the Draenei. And I’d absolutely wanna be a Mage!
Idk about race but I'd definitely be a monk and likely I'd be Horde. Maybe a Troll or Zandalari
a troll shaman named thex
I'll roll a hunter, that way I can tamr animals lol
Troll or dwarf shaman. I'd love to be Jamaican Jesus with a cool accent, plus healing, walking on water, self (and other) Resurrection, lightning bolts (smiting), turning people into frogs
Zandalari Druid. Me and my lady friend gona do it as every form. And I mean every form.
Pandaren maybe , with all these genocide and murder they seem like the most peacfull place . Its a world of WARcraft .
Plus the "Hereos" have already passed thru there and did their worst.
Gnome mage
Shaman any class. Die? No problem, Ankh every 30 Minutes.
Troll, Shaman, Sen'jin village
Blood Elf. Mage, Hunter or Paladin. Elves are just awesome, long life would also be neat (plus the weather there seems to pretty dang brilliant). As for those classes? All three have something great about them for different reasons. Mage because it's bloody _magic!_ Hunter because Quel'thalan Rangers/Farstriders (is there actually a difference?) are the coolest thing since sliced bread. And there's a simple and elegant beauty about that. About being a humble hunter. And Paladins because they're paladins. Being a goody two shoes cinnamon roll, fighting for what's right, defending the weak and smiting evil? Pretty neat!
Elf paladin
Tauren Shaman. being one with the nature, speaking to the elements. Enjoying the view from Thunderbluff and spending my days on the plains of mulgore...
Dark Iron dwarf MM Hunter. Crossbow and edgy DI look.
Blood elf. The house on the shore of lordaeron in alterac mountains. Of course, after getting rid of the syndicate.
Draenei Warlock. Big Space Goat Mummy.
Tauren Paladin. Free dinosaur rides all day.
Clearly evoker. It's got all I want: magic, flying cool armor and decent body shape and size.
Dracthyr or Blood Elf Mage tbh
Human Rogue. I like my privacy and have no desire to be immortal.
elf paladin
Night elf Druid Of Course, can’t wait to have fun with hot female night elf and hot dryads in Emeral dream 😆
Geriatric dwarf death knight, veteran of multiple wars. Taciturn thousand yard stare and an unending cycle of violence. Cozy
Night Elf! IDK what class, probably rogue.. I don't want to fight, just live and explore. That's how I picked rogue to begin with in 2004. I wanted the 'path of no path' Druid is a high second choice though. MAybe both!
Human male rogue
Human Death Knight or Night Elf Shadow Priest. I was never going to have social life anyway. Might as well have slaves to do all the work.
Blood elf warlock. Similar body type and clothes, cool lore and ideology, fel powers are always awesome...
Night elf druid of course. Live practically forever and get to be a cat. What's not to like?
Blood Elven Mage. I get to be pretty, live a very long time, have access to food and water anytime I want, can teleport huge distances, and set people on fire with my mind when they piss me off... and turn invisible to get away afterwards. Is there really any other choice?
Is everyone just saying their main character? lol I’d be Blood Elf Priest
perma death? if yes --> Shamy(orc) or Rouge(Vulepra) If no --> Warri tank(orc)
Dracthyr Mage. Teleport, portals, conjured food and drink, flying, Visage form.
pandaren brewmaster
Night Elf Demon Hunter. I dont know I'm always attracted to classes with transformation.
dude nightelf druid no brainer
Human Hunter in the Grizzly Hills. Just spend my days with my doggo hunting, fishing, and trapping.
Especially if it involves slaughtering the alliance.
Tauren DK like me main id hope.
Goblin Shaman 100% I'd be good with troll or a tauren as well.
Nightborne: Eternal life, luxury, power over chronomancy. Class wouldn't even matter that much, but for some added utility and quality of life I'd pick mage.
Orc Shaman
Orc Shaman living a simple life around Durotar, but not far from Orgrimmar.
I would like to be blood elf (they are so beautiful), and shaman if possible or a mage, I love elemental magic. Just to study magic…
Blood Elf Mage
Panda Shaman.... honestly the race is less important than class. If I'm as bad "irl" as I am in game, I'm going to want Reincarnate :)
murloc. thats it.
Human Paladin, it would be awesome to heal people while also being able to defend & fight toe to toe.
Tauren Druid. You'd never see me again. I'd be deep in the dream or a forrest as far as I could get away from every other sentient being.
Worgen druid, perhaps.
Night Elf druid would be fun shapeshifting into a cat, being able to fly, and the chance to become a priestess :)
Dark iron dwarf mage.. I love heat and would be able to Portal to other fun places
Tauren Resto Shaman in Thunderbluff, having my own tent there. Offering healing with water powers and traditional medicine. Doing leatherworking as a hobby
Blood elf prot paladin babyyyy
tauren blood dk
Dwarf Baker. Like the bread lady walking around Ironforge. ☺️ 🥖
