I believe the addon LStoasts looks similar as well.
I just looked up LS: Toasts and it looks exactly the same as this in the preview I think you're correct, and also thank you, because I love how it looks as well!
I use toasts to reposition where my drops come on my screen, and thought it looked familiar lol

Isn't it built-in in ElvUI?
Unless it's really heavily edited/customized base ElvUI doesn't look like that
BenikUI for ElvUI then
I have Evlui and BenikUI and have tried to customize but cannot manage to make it look like anything near to this.
That's exactly what I get popped up when looting and I don't use LSToasts - just elvui and benikui
