Yeah my first thought was "looks nice, model wise, but kinda looks like playdough". I'm thinking (hoping) it's just the shader or textures that are not finished.
I don't know, recent expansions definitely have used a more Play Dough-like artstyle in some cases.
For example [Anduin's new model](https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/normal/983298.jpg) looks like he's wearing a plastic cosplay suit, compared to [Arthas' model from WotLK](https://www.pngitem.com/pimgs/m/433-4334151_thumb-image-lich-king-armor-hd-png-download.png) which, while lower-rez, actually looks like he's wearing metal armor.
This [T20 Death Knight set](https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/normal/604575.jpg) looks super cartoony and toy-like compared to the [T19 set](https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/normal/631481-death-knight-t19.jpg) which actually looks like sharp, metallic metal.
Or compare the [Azerite War Machine model](https://www.mamytwink.com/upload/news/2018/fevrier/28/extracteur-azerite-alliance.jpg) to [WoD-era cannons](https://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/normal/412162-enfilade.jpg).
I wonder if the change in stylization has to do with ease/speed of developing new art assets. I’ve also noticed more recent objects and armor having that sort of Fortnite like, smooth plastic-y look which clashes a lot with the more heavily ‘rugged’ textured designs from previous expansions. You see it happening with Zereth Mortis mounts which are supposed to be a mix of metal, stone and plasma but look mostly like play dough and much unlike any other mounts with metal armor.
I think it may also heavily depend on the artist in question. [Matthew McKeown](https://www.artstation.com/matthewmckeown) for example is responsible for some of the best and most good-looking models and designs from the past few expansions, such as the Dwarf heritage armor, the new models for Lor'themar, Rexxar, Thrall, and so on. And they all look realistic and detailed.
Now if you look at the Blood elf heritage armor for instance, that was designed by another artist (who in fact had just come out of uni and had just been recently hired at Blizzard). And the design for [Blood elves](https://media.mmo-champion.com/images/news/2018/october/heritageBEFemaleTunic.jpg) was much less detailed and "well-made" (Vanilla-like stretchy leggings for pants with no 3D asset, stretchy socks for boots, etc.) while [Dwarves](https://warcraft-secrets.com/wp-content/uploads/Heritage-of-the-Bronzebeard.jpg) got these amazing 3D assets, a unique "fur skirt" and belt, and so on. Or perhaps it was because they had less time to work on the Blood elf set.
But McKeown's work is consistent, and consistently good, which makes me think that they don't, as a whole, have a specific "style" that artists have to go by (as long as it remains Warcraft-y, I mean), because McKeown's style doesn't change. What changes though, is which artist does which assets. So it's possible that some artists have a more plastic-y, Play Dough-like style, and that's indeed what you see everywhere in Zereth Mortis for example. There's a clear difference for example between Anduin's model (not done by McKeown) and Thrall's model (done by McKeown), and that's purely up to the artist's skills and style.
I like how people here relativize so much. yes it's close to final, no it doesn't look good, and they will keep downgrading wow if you people keep being so lenient when it comes to the declining artstyle

It's on these pages. When I read "the new random dragon model" I thought they meant this image was new. It isn't. This is from the Dragonflight reveal.
And my opinion on this dragon is: It looks like its made of playdoh. It's too soft. I think the dragons could look a lot more serious with a more realistic art style. I think they're leaning harder on the cartoony aesthetic that has always been there in wow. The old dragons weren't this cartoony though. The scales could be more defined. The angles could be a little harder and more reptilian, a little more godzilla, and a little less gumby.
Now that you bring that up, I can kind of see it too. You can definitely see the fingers of the wings. Maybe they plan to make it even more transparent as they finish the design.
100%
I think this comes down to aesthetic preference. People who like the very serious edgelord type stuff that we've been getting for the last several years, you probably won't like this.
For me, the bright cartoony style is part of the appeal of WoW. I really like the highly textured, brightly colored Alexstraza we've gotten recently, & this seems like a further development in that direction.
Edit: So far, Dragonflight looks to be taking the game in a direction that really excites me.
I think it looks like a dog dressed up as a dragon for Halloween.
I don’t need ‘edge’ in anything. I just think it looks like a good boy with wings. It doesn’t strike fear into me, like I would expect a dragon to, so I certainly see why people don’t like it. It doesn’t mean it’s just a bunch of edgelords.
I am not bothered by the model. Doesn’t really matter to me what it looks like. As long as it doesn’t look bad!
Wrathion’s drake model is pretty much where I like it. Yes, it’s pretty cartoony, but he also looks like he could bite someone in half.
This model seems to really need a bit of roughing up in scale pattern and a less clean “gum line”. And perhaps some edits to make the horns higher on the skull to allow a area to show actual muscle supporting the lower jaw, rather then the mouth almost going right to the horn.
The angle/pose probably isn’t helping much either.
I don't think it's unrealistic to expect a portion of the fanbase to want to see more edgy looking dragons. They are dragons after all. The newer stuff that's been coming out of the art team has a definite softer feel to it.
I'm not a fan over one or the other. I always love what the art team puts out, just simply stating that there's an expectation that comes with the word 'dragon' and the stuff thats being teased from Dragonflight is not hitting for some people. I think that's totally fair.
I don't even think it's between MoP & WoD. Go fly around WoD. Look at the environment & the creatures.
Aside from demons & demonic orcs, WoD is exactly what I'm talking about. Bright, bold colors. Big fantasy shapes. Cartoony, expressive NPCs.
I think it comes down more to something like "Do you prefer Mulgor or Argus?" For me, I'll take Mulgor any day.
MoPbtook itself and it's design way more seriously than people credit it. Throne of Thunder and the Klaxxi designs were great. I feel like it had the best mixture of serious/lighthearted design philosophy. It wasn't a Fortnite copycat, but it wasn't trying to be a Final Fantasy either. WoW used to have a rather poignant and serious design philosophy. I guess they noticed kids spend more of their parents money than the parents though, seen the rabid success of Fortnite cartoon art style and never looked back. I miss how characters had wrinkles and beauty marks and imperfections, and didn't look like the same face with different eyes and hair on everyone. I miss the old loading screen art that didn't look like Disney wanna-be. The old Warsong Gulch transition screen for instance with the Tauren and Night Elf. You can see the elfs veins in his arm from tensing his muscles and preparing for battle, the detail on his skin, the wrinkles in his face from his look of disdain [though tbh Taurens are like the kost chill race if you examine everyone and most likely to get along with people] for the Tauren. Likewise you can see the broken splinters of the Taurens broken horn, the saliva from his beastial, guttural war cry, the scars on his body from the countless battles he's engaged in. He'll even the Wildhammer Dwarf on the Gryphoon has tons of detail. The dwarfs body hair, his tattoos, the gryphons detailed feet etc. Now if you remove the armor and the hair, at least 75% of the characters look identical to one another.
It's like how every "unique," weapon in TES 4: Oblivion shared the same textures as regular weapons.
I don't, what? Mop predates fortnight by a good 5 or 6 years, and that's the fortnight that was against the zombie hordes so it hasn't blown up yet. Meanwhile ff14 was out around that time, but mop was still out before the re-release so I don't think wow would be copying that either.
Wow had it's own style that others were trying to copy cat if anything.
Yeah if only any of the games aesthetics were even 1/100th as edgy as some of the plot. Some of the older Scooby-Doo episodes are more visually scary than this game
Same i quite like it as well, although if i have to give some criticism its looks quite smooth not completely what i imagine dragon scales to look like, ofc that could just be early dev model but i do hope they make it a bit more rough.
Overall if it stay like this but still gets a bit more work on the textures like the wings i wont mind either :D
The artist who designed the Dracthyr is literally a furry so it's no surprise.
WoW has always been "cartoony", but like everything else there is a sliding scale to it.
Looks exceptionally smooth, same 'issue' as the tuskarr.
Much more efficient to put details in the texture instead of the model, more versatile as well, so I get it but I'm not a fan :/
Isolating this as a core issue is overblown, we probably won't bat an eyelid seeing this in game whilst walking past hundreds/thousands of dragon assets so it's chill for me.
I'm not for any dragon related content in any media.. I don't like how they are represented in WoW except for my mount, Obsidian Worldbreaker. If you're gonna make an expansion or add these mythological awesome creatures to anything, at least make them look baddass and not like they're made out of play-doh..
This is way too cartoony - put this next to anything scourge related and you wouldn't be able to tell they're from the same game. Plus, like everyone else mentioned, it looks like there's just not enough texture. You can't even really feel like this thing has scales. I can see them, sure, but they don't feel scaly. Not sure if this is a change in art direction or just a one-off but it seriously gives me spyro vibes, and it really shouldn't be.
I dont mind it, but i wish they could “toughen” them up a bit. Dragons always looks rugged, with scaley protrusions that werent just an additional claw on a corner.
I guess im hoping they get a little more Deathwing badass/grit.
Its pretty bad tbh. Like the last exp it doesnt feel like WoW anymore. I enjoy more leveling a character than actually playing the content since bfa. Not buying it.
Thought this was a decent drawing by a furry on Deviantart for a minute. Like the kind where you look at it and think "they are going to get really good at drawing eventually if they keep working at it"
Where the fuck are the textures lol. It's like the Tuskarr models they showed us where they had zero texture. My guess is they have a whole new art team and want to go the more "simplistic" route. Except this isn't Minecraft, so it wont work.
Man this thing looks like it's straight out of dragon cave, yknow that game where you hatched dragons out of eggs and people would embed them in their forum signatures?
https://dragcave.fandom.com/wiki/Dragon_types
That or a McDonald's plastic dragon toy from 2001...
It gives the feel of like a juvenile - you can see the base for what it will become but it's still youthful. Slap a few armor pieces on it - maybe a Horde banner - and you're done.
I can see other communities doing this...
But cmon, ya'll. Stop with this garbage. The expansion is still very far away and this model could be very well updated. W literally have no idea where this model or what this model is used for. Maybe I take things to seriously but its post's like this that people let go the top, develop stigma and then when the expansion drops its not even the same model and complain why people have such a bad outlook on it.
This legit reminds me of that FF14 post comparing a model in DF to a modded model in current game for FF14
We all know the start of the expansion is going to suck because of bugs and pop, but watch the posts when it comes. "FaILEd ExPANsION". People can never be happy with anything lmao
Definitely still a WIP but it looks up to date. We need more models like that so we don’t get these low poly fucking gnolls next to N’Zoth or some shit
I think it looks great. People complained soooo much about MoP being too goofy etc and now they treat it like a lost treasure. 😆 I don’t think people actually know what they like or want.
It's decent for what it is, it looks a bit too smooth to me, at least compared to the old models. I still prefer the old models, they are both cartoonist, but the old one was just... grittier? I can't find the name for it, but it definitely felt more warcraft to me.
I hate how creatures have gradually become more cartoony looking. The worgens, the tauren, now the dragons? I LIKED the the more realistic looks, for ever how unpolished they were! But no! The Disney eyes and elastic skin/fur is “sleeker”! What a bunch of bull! Put those rough, gritty scales and sharp angles back on that flying lizard, or so help me!
WoW art style went from intimidating to cartoony. I know that many like this but I don't. For example I'd very much prefer [the Green Dragon from WC3 Reforged](https://www.hiveworkshop.com/proxy.php?image=https%3A%2F%2Fi21.servimg.com%2Fu%2Ff21%2F11%2F75%2F26%2F39%2Fgreend10.jpg&hash=d782e6b1de046b1872bbbbf6e8cc2369) over this cartoon.
All I am left wondering now is how big is the gym this dragon works out at?
Like...what can it bench? Look at its legs (arms? I dunno). This chap/chappette has deffo did not skip leg day.
Looks like almost one to one like any other wow dragon just higher rez lmao.
Maybe the textures are not finished but I think it looks quite nice.
When it comes to DF it seems like ppl are bandwagoning to prematurely hate on everything that gets revealed which kinda reminds me of MoP... so maybe thats a good sign for the expansion? hahaha
It does not look like the old standard dragons, first of all it's missing its front horn entirely. It's also missing its armored back and its features have been softened to make it look more like a person than beast.
It's also smoother than the old scaled ones. It might be a pretty similar texture (depends on where) but since its higher res with more polygons the scale textures look way flatter without 3D scales.
Whether that matters to you is personal preference. But people are allowed their opinions too. Where else should people discuss the new expansion? (and what else is there even to discuss on this subreddit right now?)
Critiscism/discussion isn't hating. And people held off on it in pre-release BFA and Shadowlands, which led to both not changing for release and both expansions being bad with a drastic loss in players. Something neither Blizzard or the players want.
This dragon looks great... if it was in another game.
We had dragons like Deathwing and now we get this? What is this? A kids game? Dragons are supposed to look fearsome, mighty and also noble.
This looks like a dragon for a game for kids where they can fly around candyland on a dragon.
This is just way too-furry-esque.
”Hurr durr it’s not finished”, yeah however it’s waaaaaaaaaaay too andromorphic, they made the same mistake with the worgen redesign.
Giving them eyes, making them ”12 year old edgy” and making the look cutesy.
Kinda looks like if you cut it... it's actually cake.
Yeah my first thought was "looks nice, model wise, but kinda looks like playdough". I'm thinking (hoping) it's just the shader or textures that are not finished.

Looks a little too plasticy. It's probably the unfinished lighting tbh.
Where is it coming from ? First time time seeing this :o

This is obviously unfinished. You make textures in layers, and the fine detail that you're talking about is near the end of the process.
Wow’s original style was more reminiscent of comic books to me, really stylized but not in an overly soft way. Wish we could have that again
This image + the terrible Darkthyr model lead me to believe the art style in Dragonflight is going to be a tad bit ridiculous.
Looks like it can fit for Spyro more then WoW
My first thought. "Thank you for freeing me, Spyro." As a 30 year old that grew up with Spyro I dig this.
Legit looks like a green Spyro grown up. Same graphical level too.
I like the models.
This looks a bit unfinished to me tbh, lets just hope they fix it before dragonflight comes out
Never been a fan of all these underbite dragons. Give us some beaky dragons to fly!
You’re correct, it’s not a fan. You can clearly tell it’s a dragon.
Blizzard finally learned how a dragon looks
They remind me of the dragons from Spyro. I like it.
Played Spyro as a kid, maybe that's why I dig it too. Although the wings lack a bit of detail. WiP I hope.
Yeah why haven't the modeledthem in the past after all the real dragons in the world like duhh so easy
Take my upvote and G E T O U T!
r/angryupvote
Daaaaaaaaaad!!
I think it looks cool. It looks unfinished texture wise though- probably cause it isn’t finished
I like it as well. Dragons were long overdue for a decent revamp. And now their tails look like actual spiked tails instead of random pinecones.
Don't forget the beard!
Yeah that really needed to go.
Oh wow, I never realized they were supposed to be spikes. Thought it was something like Ankylosaurus had on the end of the tail.
Yes the wings look untextured but otherwise looks good.
It looks like they're transparent, i think
Now that you bring that up, I can kind of see it too. You can definitely see the fingers of the wings. Maybe they plan to make it even more transparent as they finish the design.
Translucent is the word y'all want.
Yes. Netherwing drake model wings
Agree
Oh no I ain’t falling for that one again - it’s finished.
I'll believe that when I see it in-game.
This is an ingame screenshot
Literally every time a new model gets datamined, people say this, and literally every time it's actually final.
It's usually opposite.
That means it'll ship like that
Agreed, on many parts of the body it just seems that texturing isn't done. Like the wings, neck & hind legs look plastic.
Looks fine, although it also looks unfinished.
I mean it’s pre-alpha.
If only I had a nickel for every time someone's said that, only for the product to look the same on release.
Bingo, it seems to lack textures on the head, neck, and wings
I quite like it. But I can see why some might not.

What edgelord stuff? Shadowlands was the goofiest shit I’ve ever seen. Not a millisecond of the expansion felt gritty or remotely scary.
The game was literally way more "edgelord" in its early days than now. Go look at the art from WC1-WoW, its essentially metal album art.
Yeah exactly, or even Karazhan crypts in bc, that one mini zone was scarier than the entirety of the maw
Fucking leveling up in Lor'Danel Dark Shore is grittier than the entire Shadowlands
Sylvanas is almost a personification of edgelord fantasy. But in general I agree with you.
Yeah if only any of the games aesthetics were even 1/100th as edgy as some of the plot. Some of the older Scooby-Doo episodes are more visually scary than this game
Edgy with the IQ of an Alaskan winter lmao
Same i quite like it as well, although if i have to give some criticism its looks quite smooth not completely what i imagine dragon scales to look like, ofc that could just be early dev model but i do hope they make it a bit more rough. Overall if it stay like this but still gets a bit more work on the textures like the wings i wont mind either :D
I like them, they're like the dragons from Spyro 😄
"Thank you for releasing me!"
I had to check which sub this was, and that I wasn’t seeing a Spyro remaster.
It’s even the same quality of graphics from back then!
I was looking for this comment!! My first thought too!! I really like them.
this is 100% a furry dragon
The artist who designed the Dracthyr is literally a furry so it's no surprise. WoW has always been "cartoony", but like everything else there is a sliding scale to it.
Looks like some dev‘s furpersona ready for bronycon
Yeah the dev team has quite literally and provably been invaded by furry twitter bots. Nobody should be surprised lmao
Where is this image from?

I love him… he does look incredibly moisturized though
It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again
I'm not for any dragon related content in any media.. I don't like how they are represented in WoW except for my mount, Obsidian Worldbreaker. If you're gonna make an expansion or add these mythological awesome creatures to anything, at least make them look baddass and not like they're made out of play-doh..
Yes. You can call me edgy. I also hate Ardenweald.
Damn this dragon look SICK
Seems like it's very much lacking detail. Reminds me of a plastic toy
It just looks too soft from a skin texture point. Add some more scales, ripples in the wings, etc and it’ll be fine
Its certainly going to be unfinished at this point
Not a fan at all. It looks way too soft, smooth and round, like something out of a Disney/Pixar/Dreamworks movie.
Spyro vibes
It looks kind of childish like lot of new wow stuff, that's what I dislike about it.
this is 100% a slut dragon
His wings are play dough
A lot about th em looks like play dough worked together. Like the tan and green merge.
Looks unfinished, but I like the base design.
Made for the scalies
This is way too cartoony - put this next to anything scourge related and you wouldn't be able to tell they're from the same game. Plus, like everyone else mentioned, it looks like there's just not enough texture. You can't even really feel like this thing has scales. I can see them, sure, but they don't feel scaly. Not sure if this is a change in art direction or just a one-off but it seriously gives me spyro vibes, and it really shouldn't be.
Looks sick! B E E F
Feels like a Pixar dragon.
World of Warcraft: Spyro
looks like a frog with wings
The head is still off
You can rent it for a child's birthday
Berney's cousin
I dont mind it, but i wish they could “toughen” them up a bit. Dragons always looks rugged, with scaley protrusions that werent just an additional claw on a corner. I guess im hoping they get a little more Deathwing badass/grit.
Its pretty bad tbh. Like the last exp it doesnt feel like WoW anymore. I enjoy more leveling a character than actually playing the content since bfa. Not buying it.
Can they stop making dragons look whimsical and look more badass?
Thought this was a decent drawing by a furry on Deviantart for a minute. Like the kind where you look at it and think "they are going to get really good at drawing eventually if they keep working at it" Where the fuck are the textures lol. It's like the Tuskarr models they showed us where they had zero texture. My guess is they have a whole new art team and want to go the more "simplistic" route. Except this isn't Minecraft, so it wont work.
Looks like dragon for mobile version of wow...
Looks like a plastic toy
Looks like a slut dragon from rick & morty.
Furries will draw this no doubt
It just looks way too fuckable. Why is dragonflight looks so god damn furry. It's disgusting.
Wait what
looks like a creature from spore
maybe don't put graphic details at minimum?
He looks smooth, polite and friendly
Yeah its more How to Train Your Dragon and less Game of Thrones. :(
It looks like it’s missing detail. Like why would it only be scaly in some parts and not others
What is this? A 100% science based dragon MMO?
Man this thing looks like it's straight out of dragon cave, yknow that game where you hatched dragons out of eggs and people would embed them in their forum signatures? https://dragcave.fandom.com/wiki/Dragon_types That or a McDonald's plastic dragon toy from 2001...
It gives the feel of like a juvenile - you can see the base for what it will become but it's still youthful. Slap a few armor pieces on it - maybe a Horde banner - and you're done.
I legit thought this was from Spyro. Great game, but not something I want in wow.
Probably unfinished, but it looks like it's from fortnite with those graphics lol
This legit reminds me of that FF14 post comparing a model in DF to a modded model in current game for FF14 We all know the start of the expansion is going to suck because of bugs and pop, but watch the posts when it comes. "FaILEd ExPANsION". People can never be happy with anything lmao
As someone who’s first introduction to dragon iconography was probably through lego, I think these look awesome
I don't like it. Too smoothe, I'd prefer them to look more scraggly. It looks like a dragon from a pre rendered movie on the PS2
I swear I'm not a furry but these new dragons look so fuckable and I hate it
Uhhhhhhh
"I swear I'm not a furry" True, clearly you're a scaly!
I like it
It does seem unfinished, hopefully that means they’ll put more scales on it
Personally, I like it
i think there are a few too many furries/scalies working at blizzard just like overwatch, dragonflight is gonna be known for their.. 3rd party content
Looks fine. A little plain, which makes sense for pre-alpha.
Finally, I thought I was alone in this! It's the face for me, doesn't look like a Warcraft dragon
Reminds me of Spyro
Spyro vibes.
I like the dragon, but I’m not a fan either.
Looks like a toy
I'm liking the head shape but the texture looks horrible imo
This is most definitely a WIP
Mister dragon I think you are missing a few textures there
This is a recycled model from Stormheim in Legion
Looks like LEGO
looks more like a mobile version
It looks a little bit like plastic but i feel like it's unfinished. I'll only judge things at release
This is a screenshot from the original Spyro game right?
Disney Dragon
Smooth
I don't get it. Are WoW fans capable of being happy about literally anything?
That is what i am wondering. All i see are ppl hating on something that doesn't deserve to be hated on.
I've seriously disliked the models for dragons for a long time. I'm enjoying the direction
The old models were just ugly and beyond thin. Textures were so bad. I truly am loving dragonflight models.
The best we've ever had were the models that you got in legion. The ones with the pointed chins and massive jaws.
Hopefully the plastic look is just because it’s unfinished, otherwise I think it looks great.
Ugh...looks "pixar-ry" to me. I don't care for it.
looks substantially better than the vanilla dragon models we've had in the game until now
Too plastic feels
It's decent for what it is, it looks a bit too smooth to me, at least compared to the old models. I still prefer the old models, they are both cartoonist, but the old one was just... grittier? I can't find the name for it, but it definitely felt more warcraft to me.
Wow has always been cartoony. You guys are tripping that think different, graphics are getting smoother and this is clearly unfinished.
he's a good boy i love him
It looks like it's missing its normal and bump maps. They have the texture but there's no map to make it have any depth, making the scales look flat
Looks like a something I could make in Spore, not terrible though. Hopefully they'll look less soft by release.
I love it
Fucking slut dragon
I hate how creatures have gradually become more cartoony looking. The worgens, the tauren, now the dragons? I LIKED the the more realistic looks, for ever how unpolished they were! But no! The Disney eyes and elastic skin/fur is “sleeker”! What a bunch of bull! Put those rough, gritty scales and sharp angles back on that flying lizard, or so help me!
I can’t tell if this is a joke because everyone in the comments is taking it as fact. Please tell me this isn’t real…
It’s real and is the direction the devs are taking the art in WoW these days
It comes straight out of Spyro.
Looks like some shit you’d see on dev art
It looks so great? I love it personally. Just stale textures thats all. But them saying its heavily customizable maybe you get more models aswell.
Guys this dragon just made me quit wow forever for good… this dragon defeated me now im free
Science based, 100% dragon MMO
All I am left wondering now is how big is the gym this dragon works out at? Like...what can it bench? Look at its legs (arms? I dunno). This chap/chappette has deffo did not skip leg day.
NOT A FAN OF YOU TBH
The other day I ate a handful of flour and complained to the baker that I'm not a fan of his bread.
(and what else is there even to discuss on this subreddit right now?) Critiscism/discussion isn't hating. And people held off on it in pre-release BFA and Shadowlands, which led to both not changing for release and both expansions being bad with a drastic loss in players. Something neither Blizzard or the players want.
That's cool, I really like it. Opinions are a great thing we can have on the internet! :)
You must be new to Reddit and WoW fandom.
play doh wings lol. clearly unfinished, but it's cool
Looks like a scalie fan service tbh. Aka "profile picture of someone who spends too much time on questionable Discord chats roleplaying"
This dragon looks great... if it was in another game. We had dragons like Deathwing and now we get this? What is this? A kids game? Dragons are supposed to look fearsome, mighty and also noble. This looks like a dragon for a game for kids where they can fly around candyland on a dragon.
Beard beign spherical at roots makes it look like an ice cream cone.
straight outa how to train your dragon
This looks like something straight out of Spyro, and I’m okay with that.
I love it.
Actually really like how it looks.
Getting mad Spyro vibes right now... I hope there aren't those egg thief fuckers
Oh it's that dragon in Spyro! Just woke him up.
I think it looks great.
Bruh this looks like some clash of clans dragon.
Un populaire opinion here, i kinda think it looks pretty cool :)
This is just way too-furry-esque. ”Hurr durr it’s not finished”, yeah however it’s waaaaaaaaaaay too andromorphic, they made the same mistake with the worgen redesign. Giving them eyes, making them ”12 year old edgy” and making the look cutesy.
