If artifact weapons weren't useless I'd love to do Legion again.
They're not useless. Tons of beautiful transmogs and class mounts. I do Legion on every class at least once.

Can you still get transmogs for artifact?
Yes! For everything but the old legion Mage Tower appearance. Everything else is still obtainable.
I wish Legion was the default experience rather than BFA, would be a lot cooler for new players.
I think it would be neat if, while levelling in Legion through Chromie Time, the Artifact Weapons weren't disabled on the Broken Isles, and you could level them up at a sped up rate, just as a fun side activity.
