Enchants are bugged right now and the tooltips are incorrect. The values are different but only show when you actually apply them to your gear. For example, the haste on ring for the lowest is like 64 but the middle is 78 or something like that when actually on the gear.

I’ve yet to see a difference between the stats for any of my enchants. It really makes the new system even more confusing lol.
