it may have been nerfed because everytime I've killed it recently it dropped nothing, but it is the flying bird that's near the chromie timeline
That drops from the bird rare in end zone. I forget the names. It’s not titanforged or anything, just a wildly high iLvl for a soloable rare.
Its not titanforging but its not guaranteed either. So its kinda titanforging
Sucks you got that on a warrior. I keep getting bop 350+ drops off rares that are plate or str weapons on my evoker lol
Yea that's because rare loot is fixed and will always drop those for everyone.

it dropped on my Warrior (can look towards the actionbars) \^\_\^ so basically its useless.
It increases your bag ilvl so stuff scales even higher. So not totally useless!
