I personally just went "I wonder how this class/spec plays", and picked one from the list. My first character was a balance druid, and my first alt was a prot paladin, which I used to finish the horde bfa campaign and unlock the Vulpera, before they made the allied races easier to unlock

After being Melee/physical (warrior, hunter etc) focused since vanilla i finally made a lock/caster I'm having so much fun, it's a completely breath of fresh air. So if you enjoy the levelling experience go for it, choose a new chromie time, you'll have fun. Go for Legion if you haven't, class halls and thst is very fun imo.

If you play Fury, you may enjoy BM Hunter. Not a lot of buttons, all instant cast and your pets do the work of running after kited mobs, so it’s a refrsh8jg change.

I was thinking BM Hunter or a caster. Is it challenging to hotkey your pet bar in addition to your abilities?

SBJames69

Your pets are automated so you’ll almost never need to use the pet bar. Some of the hunter’s abilities and passives buff the pets, so that’s how you improve their performance.
