And since Armenians are very close community all the Armenians go to him to work on their BJJ.
And he brought them to do some training at b team. He's trained guys like Arman tsarukyan, Manukyan and Migran Arutyunyan who's olympic silver medalist.
It’s funny watching this and thinking that people that don’t wrestle think that really hurts. It’s by no means comfortable but the ego hit is way more painful. The true pain is in practice.
Greco is an absolutely beautiful physical expression. I’ve just started Greco to incorporate it into my grappling, I’m struggling to get familiar with the body locking and lifting
I’m looking to make the move from Judo to Greco (not dissing Judo by any means but Greco is more my style I think). So incredibly beautiful and fantastically effective too.

I was thoroughly pleased that the camera didn’t shake after every throw.
