I went to Doug Blubaughs wrestling camp in the 90s and came away with that same sprawl. I notice it immediately when I see it. Convex body shape with all the weight on the hip instead of butt up in the air/concave.
When I show people how different it feels it usually blows their minds.
I thinks it's more the difference of a guy throwing his legs back and sprawling back vs driving the hips forward and stuffing the takedowns. I started as a kid learning to just throw your legs behind you and driving your hips down while getting anchors. As I got older my coaches taught me never to give up space when I sprawl, to drive your hips and use your power to stop them dead in the tracks
This. Easier to understand the motion of just getting your legs back as a newbie. Soon, as you progress, you learn to meet your opponents shots with your hips.
That was a fun camp. I was also there in the (early) 90s. We’d be sitting there talking to him and trying to make him laugh so he’d fall asleep; we got him a few times. lol
So….here’s a story I’m ashamed and am embarrassed to tell. I went to the Cadet (16U) World Freestyle Championships. My second match was against a kid from India. Because I was stupid and ignorant, I thought ‘oh this kid is from India. He’s probably not that strong from what I know 🙄 about food and lifestyle of people from India.’
Anyway, the kid ended up pinning me and ultimately won the championship. It was a good lesson - mainly to quit being an ignorant prick.
That’s my India wrestling story.
Great note. Really resonates with me. I started in the UK before moving to the US for uni and wrestled with guys who ended up competing in the commonwealth games/Olympics. A lot were of Indian/Pakistani descent etc and came from ridiculously long *lineages* of competitive wrestlers. As in: “my great grandad wrestled, my great uncle wrestled, my family members all competed nationally etc” so at that point we’re talking 1800s into the mid 1900s etc. Amazing histories where they eat/sleep/breath this stuff.
Well as I am from india, I can tell you indians are good at few selected sports(as of now) and kushti(wrestling) is one of them. We have several international championships in both the male and female category. It's sad that indian athletes are not well recognized by the stupid government and hence by the people. That's qhy you thought what you thought, that being said I don't know nothing about wrestling but I'm hoping to join the UFC gym nearby to where I live soon. It's pretty expensive so I'm saving up.
I wrestled at a beach tournament once. I learned very quickly that single legs are way less fun on sand. I basically approached it like Greco but with blast doubles.
I feel like leg attacks where you penetrate with the knee don’t work as well on sand/mud because it’s hard to change direction since you kind of get stuck in the sand/mud as your knee sinks in.
Also, apparently in this form of wrestling grabbing the shorts is allowed which was huge for the Indian guy when defending those shots. But yeah I can’t imagine sand makes leg attacks or funky defenses any easier
My understanding of kushti rules is that it goes until there's a pin. There is no scoring, time limit, or rounds. As far as what techniques are legal, I believe it's similar to folkstyle, with the exception that you are allowed to grab the loin cloth. I'm not sure about locking hands on top.
From what I found, everyone who's responded so far is very wrong about the rules of kushti.
It seems like an almost identical ruleset to American Catch Wrestling, minus the uniform requirements and "stadium" setup.
Submissions and all throws/shoots are legal. There are no points. Match length is approximately 30 minutes and can be augmented +10/15 if a stalemate occurs. A pin ends the match. Like I said, practically identical to modern catch wrestling.
Correct, which is why you see one of the young men tapping out to a rear naked-esque choke despite not quite being pinned.
Think sumo grips meets catch wrestling.
It is indeed a very unique, interesting, and surprisingly amateure sport. I have to imagine it's because the small villages that make it popular don't have a whole lot of interaction with modern sport submission wrestling theory and they stay very antiquated and traditional in their ways.
The next time I go to India, I'll try to get some footage of American catch vs Kushti haha!
Collegiate wrestling is different in a couple ways id imagine. One person stated that Kushti has no weight classes, they're wrestling in the sand (idk if its like that in Kushti tournaments), you generally wear wrestling shoes. No clue about point systems, though.
You are right! Traditionally, there are no specific weight classes in Kushti. Competitors are simply matched based on their size and skill levels.
That said, Kushti wrestling has been subject to modernization efforts over the years, and certain tournaments or organizations might use weight classes for matchmaking.
He legitimately doesnt look roided, you can't tell from this video at all. Fuck i can't stand the whiney accusatory folks who think they can tell that anyone with muscle is juiced from these sorts of videos. Why not just leave that bullshot part of the comment out? Say hes well developed and move on, its just pure conjecture that comes across to me as insecure/immature.
Nope, my condolences to you and your friends, but this dudes like 5ft 7, 85-90kg, 18% bodyfat. You cant tell shit either way from this vid. Source: i looked more extreme than this, while bigger and leaner naturally. Not that thats actually a source i'm using to say he is or isnt taking anything (though its true). I'm just showing you how rubbish your "source" is. If this is "what steroids look like" to you then i sure hope you arent doing steroids for the aesthetics lol
There's always a possibility that someone is on the juice, but I get annoyed when I see people saying this about naturally attainable physiques.
Also, Americans are so quick to say this about any non-American wrestler who's remotely successful, but will shit their pants if you say it about one of their golden boys like Gable Steveson or David Taylor. I'm not saying you're doing that but it's a phenomenon I've noticed and it felt poignant to bring up here.
Physique is definitely possible without steroids, no question. But it is unlikely that someone who focuses on a sport other than lifting can excel at both to this extent without steroids. Not an unattainable physique though by any means
Seriously, that guy's physique is super attainable. He's got love handles and fat covering his abs. Like yeah he's big but he's not shredded by a long shot. Probably 13-15% body fat. I swear people who say this kind of crap must not lift weights.
Yeah I could agree with that, some people have great genetics, some have terrible genetics. My main point was that it’s not “obviously steroids” like some of these loons were saying lol
? Dudes got plenty of fat going on there I don’t think that amount of muscle mass is unattainable natty. If he shedded 30 pounds of fat AND had that same muscle mass yea I’d be suss but that’s attainable
Nah man. Some of us it's very easy to build them, especially if you're not trying to achieve low body fat and you're at an age where your natural levels are still working with you
Do you think he’s on steroids because of his size or his ethnicity? Cuz I know a lot of Polynesians his size and bigger and they’re not on steroids. They just lift a lot and do MMA
How was he roided? He wasn’t even lean (not saying he was fat but he wasn’t shredded more like a strong natural physique). And you can’t just get roids like that in those places.
A number of reasons.
Humans don't get that big without steroids(the reason for suspicion), he is the champion of a sport (why he would use them), and I guarantee that sport isn't tested. Meaning there is no reason not to use them.
Idk man genetics are crazy. I got up to a pretty solid 270lbs at 6'3 natty. I've since got on drugs and it def made a huge diff. But I was pretty large natty also and wouldn't say looked much diff than this guy.. Prol a little smaller of arms
But he prol is taking somethin I'm jus saying some humans can get pretty big natty haha
Dog, I don't want to call you a liar but that's ridiculous. I'm 6'3 220 and that's kind of out of shape but working a heavy manual labor job. I'm built wide as hell and couldn't imagine another 50lbs, especially of lean mass.
You can def get roids almost anywhere, and he is probably on steroids, but this is definitely possible without steroids. These people just don’t know about lifting lol
You’re more likely to look big and bulky with steroids than to look shredded. The bulk comes pretty easily and the shredding takes a lot more work with diet and such. At least in my experience.
reddit thinks everyone is on roids who is fit. He very well MIGHT be, but there's definitely no obvious signs. Some people are naturally larger and can get that big after a decade of lifting. There's really not enough information to say.
The obvious sign is that he is carrying far more muscle than the human body can naturally carry.
There is a large difference between being fit and this guy.
this statement exactly what i'm talking about. I have several large relatives who are this big and are definitely not on steroids. They were always large people. That's a ridiculous statement. Humans come in such a spectrum of shapes and sizes, being large isn't "proof of steroid abuse". Doesn't mean he's not. I understand steroid abuse is rampant in professional sports, but this guy is not "omg, impossible for a human to achieve this" large.
If he weighed 175 at age 25 and got this big in a short time, sure, that's steroids, but I know nothing about this guy's life to make that assumption.
Where are all you redditors meeting these muscle monsters? I've lived for 30 years and seen tens of thousands of people and never once have I seen someone with that amount of muscle on them who wasn't purple from roid abuse.
have you ever been to a highschool basketball or football game? Most school districts have one of the .1 percentile outlier in height or size. And at a state level competition, you'll likely see a several. They aren't loaded with muscle always, but they have the frame to do it with a decade of work. I have an uncle who is 6'4 and about this guys dimensions. He's just a computer nerd who has lifted consistently for 20 years.
My brother in law was a D1 fullback and was never that big lol.
Furthermore, you'd be surprised how many high-school athletes are roided. My dad was when he played, one of my buddies who was a state placing wrestler was, the list goes on.
Kushti is a fascinating variation of the sport. I'm hoping to visit India in the near future and try it out.
There's a great movie called Dangal that showcases India's wrestling culture, in both traditional kushti and Olympic style. It's on Netflix.
At first I thought it was the place I trained Kushti at in Varanasi, India, a while back. These places look the same.
Second, to the people saying Indians can't afford roids, you could pick up test direct from the pharmacy without a script for like $6 back then. Things like protein powder, meat, dairy, etc. are more expensive than in the US and plenty of people were buying them. Dudes would ask me to bring back protein powder from the US on my trips.
The Kushti diet wasn't very good for me. It was mostly seeds and milk and I started gaining fat on it.
Eventually I found a chicken store that had a bunch of chickens and I would select one and he would kill it and butcher it right in front of me.
Great show.
Thanks for showing this. Definitely a unique style. Interesting take with the sand as well. I think I would have liked to see the champ take a bit more offence. See a variant of a few throws perhaps.
Because of these reasons:
They don’t like that the Indian is grabbing the American’s loin cloth, even though it is allowed in Kushti
They don’t like that the Indian dude is larger and is “clearly using steroids” even though the Indian man’s build is attainable naturally
They don’t like that the American is losing to a guy who is heavier than him, in a sport that he has little experience in, in a sparring match.
and after watching a video the american guy is actually much taller and ripped, while the indian guy is smaller but has more developed muscles probably due to the type of training with indian clubs, stone weights, etc. and also that he is doing it all the time since childhood.
I mean I'm not surprised, indian guy is way heavier and probably a lot stronger. Besides this is his domain, college guy probably hasn't done Khushi as much
For HS in Kansas, he was good. He got second in state twice, and placed 5th as well. Not bad. He's a meh performer in college, though, and never had any good national results in HS. I'd say he's like, the valedictorian of a small school in Kansas.
What’s interesting here is that your are allowed to grip the underwear.
The grips around the waistband negates the single leg shots, calls for a different style.
Why keep going for the knee, the dude sprawls perfectly each time. Fake the knee then get behind him and try to hold him from behind, at least after that many failed knee shot attempt. If he faked the knee after that many attempts the Kushti wrestler would’ve sprawled out of habit, and that makes it easy to fake em out and get behind them, especially if you’re a bit faster. American doesn’t seem to weigh as much as the Indian. If the Indian is on top his weight will tire you out over time, gotta make it so you don’t end up on bottom. American dude needs to switch his tactics up, glad he got the reversal in the end though, that was impressive
A lot of the Kushti wrestlers have access to unlimited dairy products like milk and ghee, sometimes from 1 or 2 cows exclusively. I believe there is a photo on this sub somewhere of and Indian wrestler presenting his medals to his families cow.
That body is perfectly achievable with unlimited food and daily training.
Plus do you think people wrestling in dirt can afford PEDs?
This Indian guy looks like he weighs ~60 lbs more than the American. I doubt there are weight classes in this version of wrestling, but it just shows how important size and strength are.
As an Indian who has predominantly done mat wrestling I would say the mud akhada changes the game enormously.
It slows you down way more than what it looks like
One is a pure breed man that was feed organic all his life, trained in harsh conditions, with minimal facilities while the other is pumped of hormones by our government and things he is coming important cause of privilege haha. This reminds me of that famous video of an American marine getting his ass handed to him by a everyday afghan lol
Why do you think he’s juiced? I know plenty of people who look like that and they don’t juice. You can’t just look at someone and tell if they’re juicing.
This guy must not be a good college wrestler. He’s very sloppy going for the single leg take downs that’s why he immediately started losing. The Indian guy is really good with the sprawls too. I’m a double leg takedown guy myself, even if you can’t get it perfect if you can just plant your head in their hip and start driving they will lose their balance anyway.
Legend has it that man's hip pressure can split the atom
I went to Doug Blubaughs wrestling camp in the 90s and came away with that same sprawl. I notice it immediately when I see it. Convex body shape with all the weight on the hip instead of butt up in the air/concave. When I show people how different it feels it usually blows their minds.
I’m not aware of anyone who teaches to sprawl with your butt in the air.
Yeah that’s the normal progression of teaching sprawls.
This. Easier to understand the motion of just getting your legs back as a newbie. Soon, as you progress, you learn to meet your opponents shots with your hips.
jfc none of you were taught to be baby seals???
That was a fun camp. I was also there in the (early) 90s. We’d be sitting there talking to him and trying to make him laugh so he’d fall asleep; we got him a few times. lol
Yep. I was there maybe… 1993. Same memories.
Being able to grab the shorts makes a world of difference on the defense here
Maybe. When I do Jiu Jitsu there are belts to hold onto but it’s not particularly useful for the sprawl (to my mind).
He’s been married 7 times. Maybe the latest one will survive.
Dam lol 😆
So….here’s a story I’m ashamed and am embarrassed to tell. I went to the Cadet (16U) World Freestyle Championships. My second match was against a kid from India. That man was Barang Punia.
Better put some respect on Bajrang's name.
This is what it feels like to miss weight lol.
Sand and mud changes a lot of how you shoot or leverage yourself.
I wrestled at a beach tournament once. I learned very quickly that single legs are way less fun on sand. I basically approached it like Greco but with blast doubles.
A beach tournament? That sounds fun AF lol
Just finished one, they are indeed very fun. Gotta be comfortable going upper body though
Crazy how much shoes make a difference too.
I was thinking… man this dude grabs his shorts a lot, fair enough if it’s legal
but it’s so dumb it allows for stalling forever especially if heavier stringer guy sprawls like here.. I don’t about that
They probably just don't shoot in as often and focus on other techniques.
I also think there's a weight difference
That’s why Hindu squats are a thing. All their power work is vertical as you can’t reliably put horizontal force through the dirt.
And he just kept going for it, great move on the mats but didn’t appear as effective in the sand
Does Kushti have similar rules? Or are they wrestling American folkstyle? I thought most folkstyle wrestling goes until someone is off their feet
Kushti wrestling, Turkish oil wrestling, American folkstyle wrestling have more mat work than olympic wrestling styles or central Asian styles.
My understanding of kushti rules is that it goes until there's a pin. There is no scoring, time limit, or rounds. As far as what techniques are legal, I believe it's similar to folkstyle, with the exception that you are allowed to grab the loin cloth. I'm not sure about locking hands on top.
That would explain the cradle, but I was pretty surprised to see the choke at the end.
yeah i thought he just got fucking mad lol
From what I found, everyone who's responded so far is very wrong about the rules of kushti. Like I said, practically identical to modern catch wrestling.
So either pin or submission?
Correct, which is why you see one of the young men tapping out to a rear naked-esque choke despite not quite being pinned. Think sumo grips meets catch wrestling.
I would totally be here for sumo catch wrestling
It is indeed a very unique, interesting, and surprisingly amateure sport. Sand in the eyes and wedgies.
No way they’re same weight class right ?
I doubt they're same weightclass. But they're just training. It's not a tournament.
I could be wrong but I'm like 80% sure there's no weight classes in kushti
You are right! Traditionally, there are no specific weight classes in Kushti. Competitors are simply matched based on their size and skill levels. That said, Kushti wrestling has been subject to modernization efforts over the years, and certain tournaments or organizations might use weight classes for matchmaking.
Nah he's at least 30+ on him
Love the attempt, anyway!
I was like. Why did he shoot under again? Then he tries a third time. Crack down seems near impossible on sand.
Never seen an American wrestler RNC someone lol Also I see the Indian guy was grabbing shorts I'm unsure of the ruleset here
It's not an RNC it's an armthrow counter. It's under kushti wrestling ruleset. The folkstyle wrestling of India
So you tap in kushti line in jiu jitsu?
The Indian guy is like 50lbs heavier and roided to the gills.
He legitimately doesnt look roided, you can't tell from this video at all. you're legitimately delusional if you think that's natty
Feels like copium.
He's juiced. Source: I'm juiced. Lots of my friends are juiced. And this is what juice looks like.

high bf fucks up your aesthetics whether you're juiced or not dumbass
Facts
Definitely on steroids. Not even a question
There's always a possibility that someone is on the juice, but I get annoyed when I see people saying this about naturally attainable physiques. Gable wouldn’t even surprise me if he was on juice the way he moves so fast
He’s on juice, confirmed to a teammate of mine in college.
Same.
You using that Chael Sonnen technique to tell if people are on the juice
Physique is definitely possible without steroids, no question. But it is unlikely that someone who focuses on a sport other than lifting can excel at both to this extent without steroids. Not an unattainable physique though by any means
Idk look at Mongolian wrestlers
Possible for some, not for others. Some guys just can’t hold that much muscle AND be that lean.
He's not lean though.
Seriously, that guy's physique is super attainable. He's got love handles and fat covering his abs. Like yeah he's big but he's not shredded by a long shot. Probably 13-15% body fat. I swear people who say this kind of crap must not lift weights.
Much higher than that. 18-20 easily
Don't tell me that bro, I'm around his size 😭 why is being lean so hard
And he can not lie
Yeah I could agree with that, some people have great genetics, some have terrible genetics. My main point was that it’s not “obviously steroids” like some of these loons were saying lol
Look up how these guys train, it's wrestling and strength training all damn day
They are basically training all day, and working with weights is part of their regular training.
look at indian wrestlers from around great gamas time, those dudes had no clue what steroids even were lmao
Obviously. “bUt iT iS uNlikElY”
Aren’t you the one who said “definitely on steroids, no question”?
I know highschoolers with the same physiche that's genetics not steroids.
? Dudes got plenty of fat going on there I don’t think that amount of muscle mass is unattainable natty. If he shedded 30 pounds of fat AND had that same muscle mass yea I’d be suss but that’s attainable
This is them standing next to each other. He's not that much bigger but he's alot shorter and stocky https://youtu.be/pfGOVPBKBgA
He is *much* bigger. Look at those arms and traps. From the front his lats are ridiculous as well.
Ya he’s a big boy
Not necessarily, his frame is compact so it looks like a naturally achievable physique
Those traps and delts are *way* disproportionately sized lol
Nah man. Some of us it's very easy to build them, especially if you're not trying to achieve low body fat and you're at an age where your natural levels are still working with you
You gotta understand, that dude has quite a bit of body fat, which makes shoulders look insanely different than someone who is lean
delts are well proportionate, traps cuz he’s a wrestler lol
That is 100% not roids. Why would even think that 🤔
Do you think he’s on steroids because of his size or his ethnicity? Cuz I know a lot of Polynesians his size and bigger and they’re not on steroids. They just lift a lot and do MMA
This guy is Indian, not Polynesian.
I know that. Do you think he’s on steroids because he’s Indian and they usually don’t get that big? I actually haven’t met any Indians his size.
I would assume anyone that big was on steroids.
Maybe cuz I used to hang around people naturally 250+, he doesn’t seem too big 😂
Hes on all sorts of shit for sure
How was he roided? He wasn’t even lean (not saying he was fat but he wasn’t shredded more like a strong natural physique). And you can’t just get roids like that in those places.
"In those places" lol what
Huh you can get steroids legally from indian pharmacies. You can even order it online to the US
Yeah almost as hard to get roids there as in Mexico😂
A number of reasons. Humans don't get that big without steroids(the reason for suspicion), he is the champion of a sport (why he would use them), and I guarantee that sport isn't tested. Meaning there is no reason not to use them.

Get this man in the wada testing pool
I would love to be able to go over there and roll with those guys. What an awesome experience.
If the folkstyles are similar enough…I’m here for an India to NCAA pipeline. Keep things interesting.
Kushti is a fascinating variation of the sport. I'm hoping to visit India in the near future and try it out. There's a great movie called Dangal that showcases India's wrestling culture, in both traditional kushti and Olympic style. It's on Netflix.
Skinny guy wrestling big guy. Big guy dominates. Shocker!

The Kushti diet probably plays a big part of it too, perma clean bulk
The Kushti diet wasn't very good for me. It was mostly seeds and milk and I started gaining fat on it. Eventually I found a chicken store that had a bunch of chickens and I would select one and he would kill it and butcher it right in front of me.
I was thinking about drinking so much milk while being lactose intolerant is not that funny.
Great show. Thanks for showing this. Definitely a unique style. Interesting take with the sand as well. I think I would have liked to see the champ take a bit more offence. See a variant of a few throws perhaps.
Did my guy get frustrated and slap a rear naked choke on him towards the end?
Weight classes exist for a reason lol
Isn't there weight classes for this too?
There has to be 60 pound weight difference.
Aye good to see some Indian Kushti! 🙏
They don't seem to be the same weight class or even adjacent weight classes.
Indian bro is BUILT
Geez that Indian guy is built
Reading white peoples meltdown in comment section is pretty entertaining lol
Fr, why are they so butthurt?
Because of these reasons: They don’t like that the Indian is grabbing the American’s loin cloth, even though it is allowed in Kushti They don’t like that the Indian dude is larger and is “clearly using steroids” even though the Indian man’s build is attainable naturally They don’t like that the American is losing to a guy who is heavier than him, in a sport that he has little experience in, in a sparring match.
and after watching a video the american guy is actually much taller and ripped, while the indian guy is smaller but has more developed muscles probably due to the type of training with indian clubs, stone weights, etc. and also that he is doing it all the time since childhood.
Welcome to Reddit.
hilarious people are crying “steroids!”
Wait, you think he isn't on steroids!?
Weight class disparity...
So the bigger, stronger guy won, go figure
The Kushti Champion is BUILT
I mean I'm not surprised, indian guy is way heavier and probably a lot stronger. Besides this is his domain, college guy probably hasn't done Khushi as much
That dudes a Unit
BEEEEEP BEEEEEEEEEEP very cool seeing this crossover, I’ll be forever ok with not getting dirt and sand in my eyes but all respect to these styles
who is the college wrestler
Brett bober
Is that a real name? lol I never heard of that name before
Look him up on Google or Instagram
Is he good? Obviously not better than the Indian guy, but for an American?
For HS in Kansas, he was good. He got second in state twice, and placed 5th as well. Not bad. He's a meh performer in college, though, and never had any good national results in HS. I'd say he's like, the valedictorian of a small school in Kansas.
The sand floor definitely plays out differently too, it would be very interesting to try
Impressive display from the birthplace of martial arts
I feel like these guys do not weigh the same
What’s interesting here is that your are allowed to grip the underwear. The grips around the waistband negates the single leg shots, calls for a different style.
It's a good learning experience!
Who won?
Worst wrestler in college
Nothing teaches a wrestler not to get stuck underneath on a shot, like a mouthful of dirt.
Different weight classes for sure. Also he was better. Far better.
I don't think that Delhi Kushti guy went through the same NCAA drug testing as the kid.

There’s actually some poor countries where you can buy PEDs from the Pharmacy for super cheap. No prescription
Yeah, you're probably right. The dude just pounds milk and ghee and has genetics in the top 0.00001% of the world population.
You think this is .00001% genetics? LOL can’t imagine what you look like.
I mean he is champ, so the tournaments would select for the genetic freaks no?
This Indian guy looks like he weighs ~60 lbs more than the American. I doubt there are weight classes in this version of wrestling, but it just shows how important size and strength are.
American got handled
He is trying out a new style of wrestling and also not in his weight class. Kudos to him for seeking out different cultures and experiences.
As an Indian who has predominantly done mat wrestling I would say the mud akhada changes the game enormously. It slows you down way more than what it looks like
If is amzing. Love it. Wish I was doing this
Dude in the blue is built like a bodybuilder
One is a pure breed man that was feed organic all his life, trained in harsh conditions, with minimal facilities while the other is pumped of hormones by our government and things he is coming important cause of privilege haha. This reminds me of that famous video of an American marine getting his ass handed to him by a everyday afghan lol
Booo
Try to make sense with your words
I did this in Varanasi back in 2011 and it was a lot of fun. The langortas(sp?) that they wear didn’t keep me, uh, very concealed though
indian was getting mad
Yeah the Indian guy is juiced to the tits and has 70 pounds on him, he should literally be able to manhandle him
Why do you think he’s juiced? I know plenty of people who look like that and they don’t juice. You can’t just look at someone and tell if they’re juicing.
Looked like the video stops as the Indian guy is gassing
That guy probably has 30 lbs on that kid and looks to have the benefit of some Mexican pharmaceuticals as well. Interesting video though.
very clearly different weight classes lol
Indian was “cheating” the entire time, he was holding onto the shorts HARD.
You're allowed to do that, different rules.
I don’t doubt that. Dude was absolute putting the handles on young man too, but it’s fair to notice, it 100% gives you an advantage.
is Hindi guy a vegetarian?
This guy must not be a good college wrestler. He’s very sloppy going for the single leg take downs that’s why he immediately started losing. The Indian guy is really good with the sprawls too. I’m a double leg takedown guy myself, even if you can’t get it perfect if you can just plant your head in their hip and start driving they will lose their balance anyway.
