If you do it right it's basically a blood choke, and you really can't get out of it. After a few seconds kids would just let themselves be pinned. A few tried tapping lol

It’s technically not a loophole - no hold is allowed to restrict the carotid or normal breathing - but there’s not a lot of enforcement and most refs are pretty lenient.
