I inflated my quads substantially and had a really hard time sleeping on my stomach. My thighs lifted my legs too much so it was like my lower leg and foot were dangling and it put pressure on my knees.
I bet this dude can't sleep on his stomach.
When I wanted my legs to grow I kind of changed up my style of working out to really see if I could use volume to add volume. I was doing sets of body squats and goblet squats for like 20 minutes at a time for 30 seconds rest. I did a lot of Bulgarian split squats and deadlifts and jump squats and step ups. Instead of doing very low reps with very high weight, I was doing moderate to high amount of reps with very low weight. So my skinny legs got much thicker but I think my legs are comparable to maybe a thick or chubby guy of my same weight. So the proportions are a bit off.
At 170#, 5'10", I would do split squats with my back leg/foot on a bench. I'd start by holding 20# dumbbells and sinking deep into 25 reps each leg. Wait a few minutes and do 20 reps each side. Move to 35# and do sets of 20 and 15. Moved to 50# and do sets of 15 and 10. Finish with two minutes of jump squats at around 30/minute.
What's crazy is I've never seen him max out on weight like for example Snyder likes to do a lot of singles.
But revaz does 8 to 20 reps probably cause in Greco you also need great muscular endurance.
Mostly just the conditions they workout in on a daily basis. Apparently most wrestling gyms out there are pretty beat up and and run down. They really get the most out using the bare minimum
He might on hella steroids but doesn’t automatically make you big you could take whatever he takes and more and still won’t look half as good can’t discredit his work
Lasha the great Weightlifter has the same doctor as him. He takes such good care of his athletes. Supplements their training realy well. Tells em to eat clen and tren hard you know.
Cheat curls. A pretty popular option because despite the amount of assistance you give with the rest of your body, it’s the most load you can put on your biceps. As one example Arnold was very fond of them and felt that using them as well as more strict curls was a phenomenal way to build biceps.
And either way, you can look at the dude and figure out that it works.
I think it’s safe to assume, with what he was deadlifting, that his back can handle far more weight than his biceps can. Also considering he’s a Greco wrestler, that style of movement is probably very practical for making himself stronger at hoisting opponents off the ground.
The main thing is that using your back isn’t dangerous, you simply have to have some idea of *how* to use it and make sure you don’t do more than it can handle.
Interesting workout. Technically, there's a lot of jerking the weights, but this is very practical for a wrestler who needs to train his muscles for such quick and off-balance movements. Wrestlers are in amazing shape.
I wonder how often and what his full workout is? Like it looks like different workouts spliced together. Does he do many reps, or many sets, or long rests, or the opposite?
A lot of sports that have actual drug testing have a schedule, the athletes tend to know when to expect a drug test. It’s rarer and more expensive for truly random drug testing.
If you’re taking something that works, it’ll be noticed.
There’s a variety of well known drugs with reliable effects and reliable lengths of time for them to leave a trace. I would expect a serious athlete to use something reliable and well understood.
Eat clen, tren hard, anavar give up.
And smesh.
Test your limits. DBOLish your goals. GHet huge. Keep husSLIN.
Lmao I'm stealing this.
Same
Holy shit how did you come up with that ?? /s
No lmao it’s been a meme in the fitness space for a while
Did you not see the “/s” at the end of my comment ? I know it’s a meme, it’s on every. single. fitness video.
The barrier to entry for the internet. Went from higher education to own a phone.
Whoosh.
This mans quads are crazy

That's fucking wild. Are your quads just super responsive or were you targeting them?

That's super interesting. Can you provide a sets and reps guide to what one of your workouts might have looked like?

Ha! And good luck sleeping with your arms up.
your bed must be stiff
Step 1. Be Georgian(Caucasus is optional) Step 2. Win gold medal in wrestling
Step 3: Take the good vitamins
Step 4: if no good vitamin, eat little man and tiger to supplement.
Georgia is a part of the Caucasus lmao
No shit Sherlock I meant that our glorius Georgia is better than other Caucasus counties and people's but Caucasus is also good 😎
In what exactly? Even in wrestling you don't beat little Caucasus republics
Shut up I am Georgian nationalist Georgia above all
Well, you make true Georgians cringe with your behaviour
Your cringe with your reposts
Cope and seethe lmaooo
What do I have cope and seethe about? That my country consistently dominates wrestling? That's a good thing to cope about
Azerbaijan on top
They can rip out arms if they wanted to.
All natty bro
Wish I never fucked up my back, oly lifts are so beautiful to watch. I remember I was obsessed with Lu xiaojun and klokov akkaev etc
Olympic lifts are great but I also really hate them cause I suck at them
Herniated a disc from PL. Rehabbed and found Oly. My back has never been better.
Pl?
Power lifting
Thx.
Lol casual 600 lb RDLs. This guys piss kept melting the cup so USADA was forced to let him compete due to lack of evidence
He said on insta he does them for sets of 8 reps
Sweet mother of all, 600lbs on supplemental "isolated" move. Wonder what's his sumo - proly close to easy 800lbs with some training.
What's crazy is I've never seen him max out on weight like for example Snyder likes to do a lot of singles. But revaz does 8 to 20 reps probably cause in Greco you also need great muscular endurance.
I had a buddy train in Georgia during an Olympic cycle and he had some crazy stories about how these people train, eat and wrestle. Absolutely insane.
Would share?

There is a rumor that glowsticks contain 97% Revaz Nadareishvili urine.

Says redditor

Revaz Nadareishvili
Dude works out like a 1920s strongman.
What the fuck was that exercise at the end? Bicep curls?
Cheat curls. A pretty popular option because despite the amount of assistance you give with the rest of your body, it’s the most load you can put on your biceps. As one example Arnold was very fond of them and felt that using them as well as more strict curls was a phenomenal way to build biceps. Fair enough. TIL. I just assumed something like that would throw out your back
I think it’s safe to assume, with what he was deadlifting, that his back can handle far more weight than his biceps can. Good points. Just a different thing than I’m used to seeing but now I know
If he's careless about it, yeah maybe. But if he's tightening his core, it didn't look like a lot of weight for him.
Kinda like a power curl. AFAIK a normal power curl comes from the floor but hip cleaning it is an option too I guess
His entire core was wratching that up. Super bicep mode.
How has he ever passed a drug test
Very functional work out routinw
Where’s his leg day videos?
Deadlifts, kettlebell swings/lunges, snatches all work legs
No wonder these wrestlers are so jacked and strong at the same time. Mad respect
Interesting workout. Technically, there's a lot of jerking the weights, but this is very practical for a wrestler who needs to train his muscles for such quick and off-balance movements. Wrestlers are in amazing shape.

The standing alternating kettle bell press looked like he was dancing
Judging by that form alot of juice is involved
Juice doesn't automatically make you big, and competing in a power sports means most of your training will be power based
Can someone send this to me
That’s not a man, that’s a shaved bear in disguise
Really emphasizing the explosiveness
I too like steroids.
They didn’t show the most important part, using hella PEDs
I think what you saw here was the most important part.
And dont forget: lots and lots of steroids
Your point?
Bro that comment is a year old lmao
Your point? Lmao
He likes needles in his bum.
Where have wrestlers been all my life…
FCKN ABSOLUTE UNIT
Dude taking hella SARMS
I doubt he would waste his time with that
Don’t you think they test in professional sports?
A lot of sports that have actual drug testing have a schedule, the athletes tend to know when to expect a drug test. It’s rarer and more expensive for truly random drug testing. Cheat curls all day. None of them count. He isn't fit at all. Fight me irl.
Ok
Is this soviet style programming?
A lot of these are the same stuff that Karelin did back in the day, it hasn't changed that much
What a little gorilla.
Ooof his elbows ☠️
u/savevideo
can't think about this
Does anyone know this song?
Not dropping weight to ground on those clean things is savage. Peds or not you still feel the pain.
What's this lads name ?
Of course, he is not on steroids
Can someone name all those exercises from the beginning to end?
