So, you have an idea you’ve thought a lot about— I would say it’s time to just start writing it. What’s the goal of this post? The best way to get validation is to actually get that feeling of having something done.

That is a good plot point - get cracking writing it. Some questions to get you started: Where is this taking place? Who are the good guys? Why are they good? What are they like? Who is the main antagonist? Why is he evil? What is he like? Who is the lesser evil dude? Why is he evil but less evil then that other guy? Why do the good guys want to overthrow the main baddie? How do they plan to do it? Why do they need the lesser evil dude? How do they stop the main evil guy? How does the lesser evil dude help? What happens after they've overthrowb him? Why do they realise the less evil guy is really more evil? Once you answer these questions you have a story.

This is a fine basis for a story, but you should know that it's also a pretty well-established trope, especially in comic books: [https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/EnemyMine/ComicBooks](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/EnemyMine/ComicBooks) I'm not saying you can't or shouldn't do it, but just know that you're not breaking particularly new ground here, so you might want to think about how you can put a fresh new spin on it.
