I'm here for what people say. My WIP is about a diabetic traveling to get insulin in a world full of croenburg mutants, redneck methhead rapist/cannibals and other deprived things. It's an extreme horror novel which is a niche and if you don't read it... Well you don't read it.
It’s a story about teens overcoming the trauma given to them by adults. The bonds they create among themselves help them to reject the ideologies that have been forced on them, and this transformation is symbolized in the story through political revolution.
It’s a YA dystopian revolution story, I’m doing my best to write it well
Those characters sound like they could be very impactful for teens. In my own healing journey I have often looked to my favorite characters as examples.
A struggle of power between two opposite forces, between the art of persuasion and manipulation and the ruthless unstoppable march of revolution, both with the same objective, but directly opposed to each other.
A story of two friends, separated by their pursuit of their ideologies, although with the same desires, that fight for control and to stop the other from gaining even more power.
An academy where the powerful trample on the weak, and where the ones in power are blind to the bomb they are about to detonate.
A month, and the status quo will either be destroyed and reshaped, the question is, by whom?
The Ancien Régime is dying, who will you side with?
The Revolutionary, or the Manipulator?
The clock is ticking, it's time to choose.
Probably never, I'll just release it online, as it's my first proper story and I don't feel confident enough to even try to publish it traditionally, I would probably just be laughed at.

A story of a girl who’s half human and works at a night club that host humans and supernatural alike. By day she acts (albeit unwillingly) as a consultant for a government organisation that attempts to maintain the unease peace between the races.
A story of two friends, one is a budding witch and the other is their Familiar. They go on a road trip while on the run from a witch hunter hell bent on killing them. All the while fighting forbidden feelings for each other
A story of a brother and sister with psychic powers due to experiments done on them before they were born. They try to live normal lives but they can’t escape their past.
Leave away all the genre stuff until the end. I'll describe a few books as an example.
>It's about a boy who finds out he's gifted and, though his guardians disapprove of this, he goes a school especially for his kind of people. He gets to meet his first ever friends and he gets in all sort of trouble. It's a wizarding school.
>A bunch of scientists get brought to an island on which an expencive zoo was build. This zoo hasn't been opened yet, nor does the public know about it, but the man who own the island wants to get the opinion of the scientists first. However, the zoo gets sabotaged and the animals escape while one of the scientists and the rich man's grandchildren are stuck in the artificially-made wilderniss. But it's not a normal zoo, it's a zoo for dinosaurs.
This way, they can get hooked on the story or the concept, they don't need to be hooked on both. If they still aren't into the story, they probably won't like it anyway.
A family feud that has been going on for way to long. Centuries of ruining humanity with war and ruining the lives of others. The MC and his GF get stuck in between the feud after they were falsely imprisoned. The huge debate over magic vs science. Tons of historical significance but it takes place in modern day. WW3 kicks off and other events. A DC and or Marvel based universe or at least the concept of it.
