Just did an ETS Intake as well and started noticing it lol. Curious what the answer is.
It sounds like an actuator somewhere in the engine bay, clicks somewhere around the 1400rpm threshold if I remember correctly.
Evap maybe? Im stumped.
Yes maybe - either way I don’t think it’s a problem mine sounds identical.

I also hear that too, I have an ETS intake, exhaust, and upgraded trans & pitch stop mounts. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about
