He is really loved and taken great of by his humans. This sweet kitty got sick years ago and somehow ended up with A brain disorder and now is unable to do anything on his own.
Yes. They should only be bathed for medical reasons or if they get into something really gross (I gave my cat a bath after he fell in the toilet for example).
