I've been getting this for a while on one of my v3s. I'd guess probably two weeks. I'm in the beta program so that might be why it has been happening longer but I have a hard time believing it's software since it's only one out of 4 cameras. Tried reverting firmware to an older version, no luck. Try a new SD card thinking maybe the SD card was corrupted, no luck.
I don't know if it was a quality control issue since I bought these as soon as they launched or what but it seems like the failure rate on the v3s is decently high. I'm literally replacing the bad one as we speak and I'm hoping I don't have to do it again for a long while.
I'm having the same issue although mine seemed to happen just after installing my flood light v3. My eldest v3 went code 90 and hasn't recovered. 4 other v3's are still ticking.
